Dismantling old damaged plaster including racking out joints and preparing the surface for new plaster including disposal of dismantled material obtained from the work outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

12mm Cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Supply of Labour for various works (Cleaning of ponds, dismantling old path & tucking of floor of pond etc.) Mazdoor

50 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry.

Providing gola (Angular Fillet) 75 x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) For Repair to foot Path of Cacuts Garden and refitting of existing grating available on the path.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth within University Campus/outside University Campus as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
