Arresting of leakages in D-6, D-4 and D-2 by providing water proofing treatment to the toilets in D-8, D-6 and D-4 and changing of damaged external CI pipe lines for this side of D-Block in KS LANE staff quarters compound, Hyderabad- Recall.

1) Providing and laying in sunken floors in position cement brick concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10(1 cement : 5 Coarse sand :10 Brick aggregate of 40mm nominal size) layed in layers of 20 mm depth i/c consolidating each layer. All complete all as per direction of Engineer in charge

2) Providing & laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

3) Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.

4) Providing & fixing glass panes in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows Ventilators all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes.

5) Providing & laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.

6) 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

7) Neat cement punning.

8) Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

9) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

10) Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows & Ventilators (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

11) Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

12) Dismantling C.I. pipes including removing attached fittings, including traps and making good the walls after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Up to 150 mm diameter.

13) Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

14) Providing & fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

15) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid

16) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

17) Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter.

(i) The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

ii) Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) : The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

18) Application of BRUSH BOND RFX on roof slabs, toilets, sunken floors by following method;

i) Cracks other than hairline should be suitably widened to free from loose particle and fill them with mortar consisting Nitoband EP of Fosroc or its equivalent (2 Nitoband EP :5 Cement:15 graded sand) as per manufacturers specifications

ii) Scrub and clean the surface to free it from any loose flakes or particles

iii) Moisten the surface with water jet prior to operation

iv) Prepare a slurry consisting of 1n 1 part of Brushbond RR or its equilent and 1.25 parts of fresh white cement or grey cement by weight as directed by engineer in charge (mixing is done by using a low speed stirrer or continuos hand mixing to a lump free consistence

v) apply the slurry by brush to the damp surface

vi) apply two or more coats of similar slurry at 3 to 4 hour intervals.

vii) allow to set for 12 to 24 hours.

viii) Water shall be filled completely for observing for any leakages and if there are any leakages the entire operation shall be carried out again till there are no leakages observed.

ix) All above operation shall be carried out all as per manufacturers specifications and by the direction of engineer in charge ( Nothing shall paid Extra)

19) Providing & fixing SWR trap of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors : 100 mm inlet and 75 mm outlet.

20) Providing and fixing UPVC SWR soil waste and vent pipes of approved manufacture with working pressure 6kgf/sq.cm conforming to IS : 13592 Type B including jointing with 'T' shaped seal/rubber ring conforming to IS : 5382 and with solvent cement or rubber lubricant as the case may be with pipes of outer dia (concealed pipe joints to be jointed with rubber ring and solvent cement and exposed joints to be jointed with rubber ring and rubber lubricant. (i)Single socketed pipe (couplings, other accesories will be paid seperately)

i) 110mm diameter

21) Providing & fixing unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories with new fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC SWR pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including cutting,replacing,jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

22) Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design for fixing of unplasticised - PVC pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting chases in brick work, fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall with rich cement plaster etc. complete.

23) Providing and fixing a pair of aluminium lovers holder for holding glass panes ( Powder coating not less than 50 microns) to ventilators of height upto 600mm with necessary screws etc complete all as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

24) Providing and fixing of stainless steel mosquito proof wire mesh to the existing aluminum ventilators. The mosquito proof mesh shall be fitted to the ventilator frame by using necessary screws etc. All complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge.

25) Dismantling existing gully traps including bed concrete and making the area good for providing of new gully trap. Rate includes all including disposal of rubbish to approved municipal ground. All complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge.

26) Rebate for taking away of unserviceable C.I pipe lines / fittings complete etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge. A) 75mm to 110mm nominal bore
