Excavation in Hard Rock (Requiring Prohibited) . (Excavation for roadway in hard rock (requiring prohibited) by drilling, blasting and breaking, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section, loading and disposal of cut road with in all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres)

Preparation of sub grade (Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth to an average depth of 22.50 cm, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller, making good the undulations etc. and disposal of surplus earth, lead upto 50 m.)

Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the sub grade.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.),Grading- I (Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel), Using Screening Type-B (13.2mm Agg.)

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to, Case - I: Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour .
