M&L for Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to least 30mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) depth of pot holes n exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.0Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder i.e. paving bitumen VG-30 @ 9.80Kg/ 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings of 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking loose gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces n exc 50 mm deep, and area exc 400 sqm including sweeping and removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Water bound macadam (WBM) 75mm thick (compacted thickness) with crushed stone aggregate of grading II (40 to 63 mm size) spread in required camber and gradient, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Mechanical compressure to remove all dust, dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous emulsion @ 10 kg per 10 sq metres using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Mechanical compressor to remove all dust, dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous emulsion @ 5 kg per 10 sq metres using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with paving bitumen @ 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 30mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.5% binder content (Bitumen VG 30 Gde) by weight of total mix, with using asphalt mechanical mixer plant & Rolled with 8 to 12 ton power road roller to required level/gradient, camber and super elevation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 30mm Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content (Bitumen VG-30 Gde) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 ton power road roller to required level/gradient, camber and super elevation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of Black top road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of 100/150mm wide and 1.5 to 2mm minimum thickness single coat as in center line and edge line road marking by using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxiide, calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirment for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, Cats eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructionsand to be fixed with Epoxy- Resin based adhesive or Special Hot Melt Bitumen adhesive avoiding nails etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Solar cats eye aluminum alloy and shall be 100% water proofing design of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono perc solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100% water proof metal tubular solar delineator (as per IRC 79-1981) made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) block of size (150x150x300mm) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for moorum/ red bajri filling as in berm/under road/path including spreading, rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (ii) Rolling/ compaction shall be done by 8 to 10 ton power roller only.

S & F in repair 1200x900mm Road Sign boards made out of stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia and 3 mm thick plain aluminium sheet including writing of letters and logo with retro reflective tape of appropriate size and fixed in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 as in foundation (300x300x500 mm) for embedding of boards complete (Top height of board above GL should be 2.80 Mtr and width 1.20 mtr)

Dismantling of cross drainage/rain water pipes ,AC/PVC pipes of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed cut to length and laid in floor / trenches in required gradient to drain out rain water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Traffic convex mirror of size 900mm dia unbreakable having clear and definite mirror image with upper case collar provided with suitable clamps & nut bolts. The complete set shall be fixed on MS pipe 65mm NB 2.0 meter long duly powder coated/painted white/blue colour etc including excavation and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 block of Size 300x300x450mm in post hole complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness incl part chipping (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or rivetted or forged into spikes and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry in floors, aprons etc. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) , (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base for paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine pressed coloured precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refixing of old paver block including levelling complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Old serviceable paver blocks shall be re-used.)

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth using extra cement in cement concrete, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick works with FLY ASH Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made precast cement concrete blocks made of 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), set in CM(1:4) as in kerb stone chamferred complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm garded stone aggregates as in coping, bed plate, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as directed including provision of necessary form work and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm bore class NP-3, Laid and jointed in CM( 1:1) complete including taking down old pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in treanches exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 3 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete Kerb stone, Brick work, and plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint in required colour/ shade complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 39230.00 to be deducted during AOC
