Provision for removing old deteriorated/weathered plaster, 30mm thick very carefully from Dome of temple without causing any damage to underneath original structure and any other architectural member and lowering down & disposing off the same away from the site including cleaning and preparing the surface for laying of new plaster etc. complete as directed.

Provision for removing old deteriorated/weathered plaster layer and brick concrete 150mm thick from the flat roof temple and taking down from the roof and disposing the same away from the site etc. complete as directed.

Provision for removing old deteriorated/weathered plaster 30mm thick from parapet wall of Roof & disposing off from the structures without causing any damage original structure and any other architectural member & disposing the same away from the site including cleaning and prepairing the surface for plastering coarse , wherever necessary errecting and dismantling of scaffolding etc complete, all as per specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge

Provision for providing and laying Brick coba lime concrete in lime mortar 1:1:1 for water tightening work over the roof of the temple & subshrine roof using 40mm and down size Brick bats jelly up to a thickness of 120 mmincluding curing etc. complete as directed.

Provision for providing fresh lime mortar plasters 1:1:1 to the roof Domes, Roof top and parapet wall of 20 mm thick in two coats , including curing and preparation of moldings as per original and using ingredient materials and Grinding the lime mortar mixture machine etc. as per direction of the Engg. in charge

Provision for providing good quality three line fine dressed basalt stones for fixing the stone water spauts for drain out the roof surface water as per original of size 0.40 x 0.40 , height of to 1.33- 1.35m approved from the good quality quarry stone including dressing to required sizes, in rectangular, cylindrical etc. design manually with sutables tools and plants, lead-lift , dressing , transpotration as directed of the Engg. In charge.

provision for Restoration and reconstruction of ancient prakara wall around the temple.- Item No .08 a "Provision for dismantling and removing an old damaged stone masonry collapsed prakara wall of the temple & collecting , stacking the useable materials with all leads and lifts & disposing the unusable materials away from site etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge "

Providing and laying plain lime concrete mixing with 20mm size stone metal aggregate in 1:2:4 proportion with brick surkhi for base of proposed prakara wall including compacting, curing etc. complete as directed

Provision for providing constructing UCRmasonry using trap/schist/sand stone not less than 150mm thickness in Lime mortar 1:1:1 1 for foundation below ground level including cost of labour material curing etc. complete as per the direction of the site incharge

provision for constructing stone masonary for prakara wall veneering with three line fine dressed stone members of avg. size (0.70x 0.35 x 0.30) as per original pattern in lime mortar 1:1:1 including transportation mixing , curing etc. complete as directed

provision for providing constructing corefilling to the prakara wall using UCR stone masonay filling in Lime mortar 1:1:1 for including, transportation, mixing, constructing, curing etc. complete as directed

Provision for water tightening the top portion of ancient prakara wall with laying brick bat coba using 20 mm size brick aggregates obtained from well burnt first class brick in lime mortal 1:2 proportion to a avg. thickness of 12 cm. and beaten hard with cream come on the top and mixing of gallnut and joggary water for the purpose setting till etc. complete.
