CHARPOY GI PIPE :-FD-220 Removing of old unserviceable Nylon newar from existing charpoy GI pipe, tightening of loose components of charpoy and reweaving of charpoy with new 50-55mm wide vigin quality pure white Plastic/PVC newar weaved in V-shape (not made out of recycled nylon) of approved quality having weight not less than 1.5 Kg per charpoy, closely inter-knitted from both sides and all joints must be stiched with nylon thread duly covered with a piece of leathrite complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- Nylon newar shall be used strictly as per sample kept in the office of GE (E) Delhi Cantt).

Removing of old unserviceable/broken Elbow and replacing with new 03 way GI Elbow 70mm long of 32mm dia ISI marked and fixing in position complete all as shown on drawing & as directed. (Note :- Weight of elbow not less than 420gm per elbow).

Removing of old unserviceable/broken check nut and replacing with new 06 mm thick ISI marked GI check nut of 32mm dia complete all as shown on drawing & as directed.

Welding to broken joints of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of old unserviceable long rail from existing charpoy GI pipe and replacing with new long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe, ISI marked and threading the same 22mm long at one end and 52mm long at other end and fixing in position complete all as shown on drawing & as directed. (Make : Jindal / Tata / Prakash Surya).

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable long rail as retrieved vide Srl No. 5 here-in-before into two short rails and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long at both side end including removal of old and worn out threaded short rails complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable short rail as retrieved vide Srl item No. 6 here-in-before into two legs and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long at one end including removal of old and broken unserviceable legs complete all as specified & directed. (Note : Before placing the order in respect of Srl item No. 5 to 6 of Sch 'A' Part-I the necessary cutting schedule be prepared and get approved from the accepting Officer).

Removing of old unserviceable plytop from existing charpoy GI pipe ply top, reassembling/tightenining of Charpoy frame and providing new 12mm thick BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood 1950mm 900mm with 2 Nos of mild steel flat iron 25mm x 3mm stiffner fixed to long rails with two Nos. to each stiffener mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of size 70mm long and 10mm dia with GI washer (Heavy Weight) and finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to stiffeners. Ply top to be fixed with 08 Nos round headed bolts 70mm long and 06mm dia, complete all as specified & directed. (Make of Plywood :- Century/Archid/Duro).

Removing existing GI pipe stiffner and replacing with 2 with 2 Nos of mild steel flat iron 25mm x 3mm stiffner fixed to long rails with two Nos. to each stiffener mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of size 70mm long and 10mm dia with GI washer (Heavy Weight) and finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to stiffeners, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL :-FD- 1031 Removing of old unserviceable handles from Almirah large steel and replacing with new CP steel handle of exisiting size to Almirah large steel complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable lock from Almirah large steel and replacing with new lock 75mm long, 06 lever with two keys to Almirah large complete steel all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make:- ISI Marked).

Removing of old unserviceable handle & lock assembly from Almirah large steel and replacing with new handle & lock assembly to Almirah large steel including making adjustment of door shutter & applying one coat of synthetic enamel Smoke Grey paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces with spray machine complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable foot rest from Almirah large steel and replacing with new foot rest made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet (PBI) of existing size, shape and welding at appropriate points and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Smoke Grey paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces with spray machine complete all as specified & directed.

The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed on frame with screwes and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and tapestry cloth. Fixing shall be all as per drawing and including all minor repairs and wedling etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Sample of tapestry cloth shall be got approved by GE before incorporation in the work).

Replacement of old unserviceable / broken arm rest with new arm rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistant of Chair briefing static base, complete all as specified & directed.
