Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :

a) 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. : Internal work – Exposed on wall.

a) 40 mm dia. nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. : External work

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Cleaning the manholes of all sizes by removing the sludge in blocked manholes & disposing the sludge within 50m Cleaning of water etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by meachinical means or otherwise dechocking of sewer lines upto150mm dia and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by water etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge

Removal & disposal of vegetation by mechanical means( EACH Load approximately equals to 100 Cft) to designated place identified by the local body beyond city etc complete all as per the directions of Engineer- in -charge

Providing and placing on designated place polyethylene water Double Layer Underground Water Tank Sumps, storage tank(Sintex 5000L UGWT 500-01 or equvalent model approved by Engineer in charge) with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank etc complete all as per the directions of Engineer- in -charge .
