Supply and fixing in replacement air break switch gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 400 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 , connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete including taking down, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Material & Labour for replacement of Perished/Corroded/ Jumper bar made of ACSR conductor of existing size on HT Four/Six pole structure having 2/3 incoming/outoing feeder including bus bar with PVC sleeve , lugs , nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint on 4/6 pole 11 KV HT structure complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole HT structure/ 33 KV yard and etc , outside area of HT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Suplying only in replacement in sub station 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat IS Marked of size 1 meter wide x 10 meter length and 2 mm thick conforming to IS 15652.

Re-Adjustment, Cleaning of Contact, greasing and testing of out door type Air break switch 11 KV, current rating upto 400 Amps for desired alignment to smooth operation from ground level and replacement of unserviceable parts in position. Dismantling the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) PCC electric pole of any type and size, from ground after necessary excavation & breaking of concrete foundation & encasing the pole including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Errection & fixing in replacement Steel Tubular Swaged Poles, type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate all as specified in IS including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil up to 1.6 mtr depth from GL, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the starting points and paid under respective items. (b) Providing PCC (1: 4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations up to ground level all as specified and directed. (d) Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed. (e) Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint. Note:Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid under relevant Items of this BOQ.

Supplying and fixing (in replacement) anti climbing device, spikes type, fabricated out of mild steel bars of size 16 Sqmm (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete with and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match it with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting with two coats of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of old surfaces of wire mesh / matte steel fencing by brushing/cleaning complete steel structure/frame/ gate for 11 KV transformer/2 pole to 8 pole structure/ HT panels/Sub Station up to 30 Sqmm arera complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour against replacement for Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete cover slabs for cable duct of any size, Type B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar. 1:4 of suitable size for carrying handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for columns,for PCC slab hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing (in replacement) 4 mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh, made upto into mattress or cages appx 2.00 m height and fixed on existing flat iron/angle as per existing by welding in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviciable PCC.

Material and labour Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plane exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviciable brick work.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for sub floors, sub-bases, floors and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviciable PCC.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for floors and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviciable PCC.

M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 200 mm dia suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure. Note For Sr No 8 & 52 Above : The Rate for taking permission from concerned authorities like MTNL, Army Signal, BSES and other utility authority are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. If any utilities services like road are damaged during execution of work , the same will be repaired/replaced/ made good by the Contractor without any additional payment by the Department.

Material and labour for servicing of HT control panel including outdoor CT, PT and relays in control panel of outdoor SF6 breaker of capacity 1250 Amps and rating 36 KV complete all as specified and as directed as details mentioned as under:- Details of servicing of HT Panel (breaker) :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (vi) Check for rust and wear. (vii) Checking of spring charge mechanism (viii) Visual check for rust and deformation. (ix) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (x) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires.

(xi) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xii) Check close & trip coil. (xiii) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xiv) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (xv)Cleaning of porcelain bushing (xvi)Checking of limit switch Note :- Spare parts shall be measured & paid in respective items of this BOQ.

Opening of the VCB/OCB , 11 KV 400 to 800 Amps of any make by removing of the Breaker from the existing position after disconnecting all the connections from the system, servicing, Overhauling of the same, checking of the same for proper operation, spring charge, charged control cables are fastened tightly to the terminals, any abnormality, VCB, cleaning the surface of the insulators, fasten the bolts, checking and correcting interrupting units, mechanism, linkages etc, fasten the hardwares of control wiring, check that the split pins, Circlips, dowell pins etc. have not come out and are intact, lubricate the mechanism, moving parts by castrol, all purpose grease or equivalent, check that the vaccum pots/chambers is within limit including opening of the shutters properly, replacing of the trip catch, roller, holding catch, stopper, close push button, closing cum reassembling, controll limit switches reconnecting of the breaker for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed.. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured & paid in respective items of this BOQ.

Decarbunizing/cleaning complete HT 11KV, 3 phase independent main bus bar, section bus bar chamber of HT panel electrification connection complete, consisting of set of 3 to 5 HT VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and outgoing installed in sub-stations after removing the complete bus bar spout, circuit spout from the bus bar chamber/cleaning with CRC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying backtol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing systemcomplete all as specified and as directed. and rate quoted is inclusive of bactol red, CRC & cotton waste provided by contractor.

Decarbunizing/cleaning complete HT 11KV, 3 phase independent main bus bar, section bus bar chamber of HT panel electrification connection complete, consisting set of 6 to 10 HT VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and outgoing installed in sub-stations after removing the complete bus bar spout, circuit spout from the bus bar chamber/cleaning with CRC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying backtol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete all as specified and as directed.and rate quoted is inclusive of bactol red, CRC & cotton waste provided by contractor.

Material and labour for testing and calibration of 11 KV HT Panel complete all as specified and as directed as mentioned under - (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (ii) DC Supply supervision relay. (iii) Master trip relay Note:- (I) DC Supply for relay testing shall arranged by the contractor.

M&L for ON load / ON line Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in OLTC & for topping up in transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of closing coil assembly 50 volts DC of existing make for SF 6 breaker of capacity 1250 amps of rating 36 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of tripping coil assembly 50 volts DC of existing make for SF 6 breaker of capacity 1250 amps of rating 36 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of closing coil assembly 50 volts DC of existing make for VCB of capacity 400/630 amps of rating 36 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for servicing of OLTC ( On load tap changer ) of 33KV/11KV Power transformer of capacities 8/10 MVA at site by carried out following work of Schinder/ABB make :- (a) Opening of top plate of OLTC. (b) Draining out of transformers oil from the OLTC. (c) Stoping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including replacement of oil seal and all gasket of OLTC. (d) Checking /servicing of moving and fixed contact of OLTC and resistence test of contact. (e) Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge. (f) Filling of new transformer oil in OLTC . (g) Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h) Refixing of top plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling. (i) Electrical testing of manual/auto operation of OLTC. Note :- Transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ as supply only.

M&L for Servicing & Repairs to Air-break switch (isolator) off load, rotating type, 33 KV, 800 Amps to 1250 Amps capacity, with proper alignment of isolator rotating blades, with fixed contact jaws, arcing horns, applying petrolium jelly to moving mechanism, cleaning and lubricating to isolator gear box assembly, tightening all nuts, bolts and clamps of jumpers etc, repairing to isolator gear box assembly and making in proper serviceable condition for smooth functioning, testing and commissioning on load complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V/30A Bank, three Phase , Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 12 Nos of 2 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness , louvers for ventilation , gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom .

The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments.The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls. The lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries at Shankar Vihar control Panel room. (B) (i) Out going VCBs - 01 No consisting of following - function unit consist of vaccum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. The three position switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector function and earthing function circuits breaker unit is equipped with an over current transformer for the protection of distribution Transformer/circuit vaccum circuit breaker 12 KV, not less than 400 A, 21 KA - 01. Spring assisted closing with stored Energy triping mechanism for motorised operation with integrated earthing switch - 01. live cable LED indicators thru capacitor voltage dividers mounted on the bushings push button for breaker trip - 01 sec O/C + E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and High set for Over current and earth fault Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also current also relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping - 01 Alaram trip indication 6 window anuciator for transformer faults Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH indication -01.

Auxliary contacts on load switch are 1 No+2NC & Auxiliary conract on earth switch is 1 No+ 1NC-01. (B) (ii) Out going VCBs - 01 No, each consisting of CT 100/1 -5p10.2.5VA- 03 Nos. "(C ) Additional equipment deliverd separately or mounted separately, Bus connected with battery charger and battries for motor power supply-01 (i) PT ratio 11KV/3/110/v3, 100 va, 0.5 class for measurement with volts meter (ii) Auxliary transformer of 11KV/230V, 1 KVA for powering the motors and battery charger (iii ) 24 V DC battery charger and battries for motor power supply. Standard mano meter -01, Operating handle - 02 , cable clamping provision(standard)-01 Operation and maintance manual - o1, installation and commissioning manual - 01, cost of PCC works for placing RMU on plinth is deemed to be included in the cost, Height of plinth shouldnot be less than 0.45 mtrs from ground level. NOTE :- (a)The above module consisting of one Load break Switch and 01 VCBs shall be alligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including foundation complete.

Supplying, laying, testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 33 KV (E) grade, of size 300 Sq mm, 3 core, laid in trenches/duct/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole, complete by taking down/out the old unserviceable cable all as specified & as directed. Note : Excavation, Earth work, Cable protection, sand filling and Cable Joints shall be measured and paid separately in respective items of this BOQ.
