Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of powder coated factory made HT VCB 33KV AC, 50Hz, 3 phase switch gear partition on frames between panel, out door type, floor mounted including support structure for CT and PT and foundation etc complete all as per IEC 62271-100, IS-13118 provision and all as specified and directed comprising the following as under :-

(A) Design, manufacturing, testing at work (factory site), supply, unloading, testing and commissioning of HT Vaccum Circuit Breaker 630 Amps, out door type, manual/motor operated spring charging mechanism with closing coil of 30V DC, Tripping coil of 30V DC, mechanical ON/OFF indicator and push buttons, totally enclosed metal clad switch gear of the following ratings:- (i) Rated voltage-36KV (ii) Operating voltage-33KV (iii) Rated power frequency withstand voltage-70KV (iv) Rated lighting impulse withstand voltage-170KV (v) Rated frequency 50Hz (vi) Rated current - Minimum 630 Amps or next Higher capacity as per manufacturer's product range. (vii) Rated short time time withstand current-25KA for 3 second. (viii) Rated operating sequence O-0.3 sec-CO-3min-CO (ix) System breaking capacity 25 KA (x) Short circuit making current 62.5KA (P) (xi) Closing time less than 100ms & opening time less than 60ms.

Item No. 2.00 Contd... (xii) Aux voltage -230V and 30V DC Including addition/alteration to existing plinth for installation of outdoor VCB shall be as per design drawing given by OEM approved by Eng-in-charge. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of it. (B) 33KV single phase outdoor oil cooled PT of ratio 33KV/110V, accuracy class 0.5, burden 50VA, insulation level 70/170KV as per IS-3705 including installation on existing steel structure and addition alteration to existing structure if required any. - set of 03 (C) 33KV single phase outdoor oil cooled CT of ratio 50-25/5-5 mps, accuracy class 1.0, burden 15VA, insulation level 70/170KV as per IS 2705 including installation on existing steel structure and addition/alteration to existing structure if required any. - set of 03 (D) CONTROL AND RELAY PANEL Control and relay panel factory made of 2.0 mm thick MS sheet powder coated, floor mounted, indoor type of suitable size and suitable for 30 volt DC supply comprising of the following:- (a) Microprocessor based High speed master tripping relay-1 No (b) Microprocessor based O/C and EF IDMT type relay for 3 phase system -01 set (c) Digital Voltmeter for 3 phase supply suitable for PT operated-01No (d) Digital Ammeter for 3 phase supply suitable for CT operated -01No (e ) LED indicating lamps for the following:- (i) Circuit Breaker spring charge indication (ii) Circuit Breaker trip coil healthy indication (iii) Circuit Breaker auto trip indication (iv) Circuit Breaker panel DC supply fail indication (v) PT supply indication (vi) Circuit Breaker ON indication (vii) Circuit Breaker OFF indication

Item No. 2.00 Contd... (f) Annunciator for the following :- (i) Oil temp/winding temp for transformer alarm (ii) Oil temp/winding temp for transformer trip (iii) Buchholz alarm for transformer (iv) Buchholz trip for transformer (v) Over current alarm (vi) Over current trip (vii) Earth fault alarm (viii) Earth fault trip (g) Any minor repairs required for satisfacory installation shall be included in quoted rates. (h) Including interconnection with FRLS insulated cable, multistranded copper conductor of suitable size not less than 2.5 sqmm cross section, multicore of required numbers for interconnection of C&R panel, VCB, CT, PT, Transformer etc. Note :- (i) Prior approval of the schematic diagram of the panel shall be obtained from the GE. (ii) Factory inspection shall be carried out by the rep of accepting officer prior to dispatch of equipment from the factory premises. (iii) The connector shall provide one set of schematic diagram, operating maual and safety precations, shock treatment chart, maintenace chart etc duly printed on 6mm thick laminated sheet and rate quoted shall be inclusive of all these aspects. (iv) Testing and commissioning of VCB , relay etc shall be carried out in the supervission of the rep of the OEM in presence of EI (v) Dismantling of old VCB panel along with PCC foundation & retreived material shall be removed from site and deposited to AGE E/M store yard. (vi) Existing battery bank of DC supply 30V shall be connected to the new panel.

Supply, installating, testing and commissioning indoor type HT rated voltage 12KV, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, metal-enclosed switchgear of VCB (Vacuum circuit breaker). Classification IAC AFLR and internal arc 26.3 KA 1 sec as per IEC 62271-200 complete all as specified and as directed comprising the following:- (a) 630Amps VCB (vacuum circuit breaker), indoor type, drawout type, manual /motor spring charge type, totally enclosed metal-clad switchgear, rated voltage-12 KV, operating voltage 11KV, rated short duration power frequency withstand voltage-28KV, rated lighting impulse withstand voltage-75KV, rated frequency-50Hz, rated normal current-630Amps, rated short-time withstand current -26.3 KA, rated peak withstand current -66KA, rated duration of short circuit-3sec, rated operating sequence-0.03 sec CO-3min CO-1 No. (b) Microprocessor based IDMT relay, there overcurrent and one earth fault protective relay, current transformer, Ammeters, Voltmeters and test terminal block shall be provided for all VCBs of incoming and outgoing. (c) Potential transformer shall be provided for VCB of incoming only.

Item No. 3.00 Contd... (d) 3 Nos of 11KV busbars of electrolytic grade copper of ratings not less than 1000 Amps continuous current, cross sectional not less that 1250 sqmm current density of 1.6 Amps/sqmm suitable to extend the bus from existing panel to the new panel complete including earthing strip shall be provided. (e) The LED indicating lamps shal be provided for all VCBs incomings and outgoings and shall be as under :- (i) Red and greeen colour to indicate ON/OFF conditions of VCB. (ii) Amber colour to indicate tripping on fault conditions of VCB (iii) White colour with push button to indicate trip circuit healthy conditions of VCB, (iv) Blue colour to indicate spring charge conditions of VCB. (iii) The VCB panel shall have adequate auxiliary contacts (min 6 No+6NC) wired upto terminal boxes and shall be positioned on the rear side of VCB panel and shall clearly be identifiable for SCADA wiring. (iv) The VCB panel shall have communication port at front and at rear and prewired to terminal box and provision of micro switches including interconnections. Note:- (a) Prior approval of the schematic diagram of the panel shall be obtained from the GE. (b) Factory inspection shall be carried out by the Representative of Accepting Officer prior. (c) Any minor civil works shall be done by the contractor and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of these aspects. (d) The contractor shall provided schematic diagram, opetating manual, sagety precautions, shock treatement chart, maintenace chart etc. Duly printed on 6 mm thick laminated sheet and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of these aspects. (e) Testing and commissioning of VCB, relay etc. Shall be carried in the supervision of the Representative of the manufacturer. (f) Existing battery bank of DC supply 30V shall be connected to the new panel.

Supply, laying & testing cross link polyethyline (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltage 6.35KV/11KV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 95 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cold shrinkable End termination cable joint including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core x 95 Sqmm XLPE cable of 11000 Volts grade all as per manufacturer’s recommendations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cold shrinkable End termination cable joint including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core x 95 Sqmm XLPE cable of 11000 Volts grade all as per manufacturer’s recommendations complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in HT cable route indicator made of RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate of size 200mm (Length)X200mm (Width)X1200mm (Height) duly painted with cement base and written in white colour with lettering "MES HT cable" and arrow indicating direction using two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black colour and including necessary earthwork and excavation, embedded in PCC M15(Nominal Mix) using 20mm nominal graded crushed stone aggregate of size 400mmx400mmx300mm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The reinforcement in RCC shall not be less than as minimum reinforcement required as per IS.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and white shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 10 KA suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Air Break switch Gang operated triple pole with DO fuse assembly, mechanically operated on polymer insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism from ground level for current rating of 200 Amps and 11000 Volts pressure complete all specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 40 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) duly reinforced with mild steel round bars 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handles with and including necessary excavation & earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as per electrical plate No. 3 as described in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Supply and fixing pin type polymer/porcelain, vitreous white or brown or green insulators of size 150 mm height and 150 mm dia for 11 KV grade and on galvanised mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one No GI nut complete conforming to the latest IS all as specified.

M&L for shifting existing street light of any capacity by disconnecting the electric connection, including taking down bracket and clamps and re-fixing the same on new LT pole/new location complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any damage to the existing utilities present under ground while digging shall be repaired immediately by the contractor without any extra cost to government.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0 m depth in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
