NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE STRONG ROOM FOR VDCCB SUGAR MILL BRANCH

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but including shoring, strutting & baling out water wherever necessary including clearing spreading levelling refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cms thick well rammed watered consolidated etc., including depositing the surplus earth with in the initial lead of 10 meters and lift of 2 meters etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement 5 sand & 10 aggregate) using 40mm HBG stone jelly for foundation & flooring including consolidating curing dewatering if found necessary etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS rods required for reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel conveyance from market and cleaning the rods, bending, straightenning, cutting, fabricating and tying grills in position including cost of 18 SWG binding wires, etc. complete with standard specification and as directed by the Engineers incharge of the work. (The steel rods and binding wire required for this work will be supplied by the contractor's own cost.)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, 2 sand, 4 aggregate ) mix using 20mm HBG stone jelly approved quality centering structting and the cpst of reinforcement grills in position but including machine mixing laying ramming consolidating etc., using mechanical vibrators with all leads and lift for materials and concrete complete finishing curing & also fixing the fan clamps in RCC works wherever necessary etc. complying with the standard specification and as directed by the department Engineers.

Centering with shuttering and soffits for reinforced cement concrete items complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement, five sand) mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing western type water closet. Including water reservor and connecting water house and all assessories etc, complete.

Supplying and laying of 4" clia PVC pipe including necessary bend and Airvent pipe etc, Complete.

Supplying and laying of 6 feet clia R.C.C Ring and top cover for sockpit inluding earth work excavation and refilling for sockpit etc, complete.
