Part-1:- Strengthening of the Road From Kathalampatti to Anaikkarapatti road
Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.
Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A.
Picking of Existing Damaged old BT Surface and Metal to 10 cm including all labour charges etc complete
Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of Gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.
Applying TACK COAT over Primed WBM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.
Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam 50mm thick VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete [Plastic].
BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 [Plastic]
Provision Road Markings with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beeds on bituminous surface etc. complete.
Providing and fixing reflective road studs of "category B" raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonae/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-covex reflectors)with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the lifht entering the lens face with retro - reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also fonfirm to the MORTH circular NI. RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90mm and base of markder shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Poly carbonate or methyl methecrylate fonforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - refloctory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq. cm.. The slope or retro - refloctory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each 4reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.

Part-B:- Maintenance work
Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
