DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AT OTM AND MARRIED ACCN INCLUDING COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF COOLING APPLIANCES, REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, PEDESTAL FAN, GEYSERS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT INS MANDOVI UNDE

COOLING APPLIANCES Material & Labour charges for taking out UNSV split AC (outdoor or indoor or both) after disconnecting all necessary connection and re-fixing location as directed complete. Note: Necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor for dismantling purpose.

Material & Labour charges for servicing of split type AC of 1.5/2 TR capacity (outdoor and indoor unit) of any type/size/make/model cleaning and washing of indoor and outdoor unit assembly by chemical and high pressure jet pump, checking, tightening of all electrical connections, replacement of minor spares like nut, bolts, screws, washers (if required ) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Spare parts & gas charging shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor for cleaning purpose.

Material & Labour charges for servicing of water cooler of capacity 40/80 or 60/120 Ltr of any type/make/model and cleaning, washing condenser assembly with high pressure jet pump and cleaning, rubbing and washing storage water tank, draining of dirty water silt, checking, tightening all electrical connections, replacement of minor spares like nut, bolts, screws, washers, drainpipe (if required) complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Spare parts & gas charging shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor for cleaning purpose.

Material & Labour charges for servicing of refrigerators of 165 Ltr to 320 Ltr capacity, any type/size/make /model including cleaning, washing condenser assembly with high pressure jet pump, tighening all electrical connections, replacement of minor spares like nut, bolts, screw, washers (if required) complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Spare parts & gas charging shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor for cleaning purpose.

Material & Labour charges for testing of refrigerant gas leakage for Split AC 1.5/2.0 TR, Pouring the nitrogen gas flushing to check the leakage in copper pipe lines and brazing by oxyaccetelene gas welding and good quality copper brazing rods or soldering damaged portion, flaring copper pipe, replacement of flare nut, removal of nitrogen gas complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but for water cooler of any capacity/make/type/model, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but for refrigerator of any capacity/make/type/mode/model, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but for Deep freezer of any capacity/make/type/mode/model, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of Refrigerant gas R-22/R-32/R-134/R-410 factory sealed cylinder ,complete as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of Nitrogen gas upto 120 to 300 psi pressure (as required) in cooling appliances complete as specified and directed.
