XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, sand and brick work will be measure & paid separately.

Galvanized tubes 80 mm bore medium grade ISI marked as per IS 1239 part-I with all fitting ISI marked including cutting, threading etc as per site requirement and drilling holes/fixing clamp set for taking branch connection from main pipe line for laid in trenches/ road/ nallah or fixed along wall/ pole including mild steel clamps, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: TATA/ JINDAL/ BST or equivalent in Appx 'B'. Note : Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dewatering bare pump sets horizontal type, electric driven 415 V, three phase, with synchronous speed 2900 RPM, size of Suc & Del (80X80 mm ) suitable upto7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton Greaves, Pump Model :DWCQ 7.52 or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrail for cable submersible pump motors, flat three core of nominal area of conductor 6 Sqmm 1100 Volts, confirming to IS :694, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolled mild steel framed work as in motor or pump set stand, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc confirming to Fe – 410 – W (Gde E - 250 quality A) to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Three phase induction motor squirrel cage totally enclosed fan cooled and of capacity 7.5 HP, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 2900 RPM and suitable size of dewatering pump size, winding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of first quality of existing size/gauge and weight including of all insulation materials, varnish and all other petty items required to make motor functional and assembling the motor including installation commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton Greaves, Frame No GD/NG132S or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

Point wiring (surface) in and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked,19/20 mm dia, with 4 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable, single core, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked with cast iron pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable depth and 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets with 3 mm thick Bakelite laminated sheet cover with brass screws, cup washer and including FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed stranded copper conductor of 2.5 sqmm ISI marked as continuous earth wire complete for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 Volts, 20 Amp capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring (surface) with two single core 6 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor, FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed cable, ISI marked, 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit for submain wiring including 4 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth wire and making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Two runs of 6 sqmm copper conductor cable one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sheet metal enclosures for DB's for incorporating MCBs, TPN, 4 way, IP-43 double glazed door with 200 amps rated busbar, 415 volts, as per IS-8623, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand / L&T / Havells or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

MCB four poles, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10 kA 'C' curve confirming to IS-8828, 240 volts, 50 Hz including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand / L&T / Havells or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

Sheet metal enclosures for SPN DB's with double glazed door for incorporating MCBs, IP-43, 8 way with 200 Amps rated busbar, 240 volts, as per IS-8623, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand / L&T / Havells or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

MCB SPN 32 Amps 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 kA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make :- Legrand / L&T / Havells or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in soft/loose soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soil, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not ex. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 10 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable), complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness (over all 18 cm) shall be measured & paid.

Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with G I earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases as required 32 x 6 mm GI strip, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Make :KDS 1040+ Code : D12011000210, size 80x65mm or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
