REPAIRS/ CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANK, CULVERT, PATH, SURFACE CHANNELS, TOILETS, SANITARY FITTINGS, PLUMBING ETC TO MD/ OTM ACCN AT DAD AND CQA(V) UNDER GE(S) AHMEDNAGAR

Labour only for removing blockage of WC (Indian or EWC), urinal, bath and kitchen, gully trap including cleaning of pan, floor trap and removing blockage of down pipe upto1st manhole in foul conditions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - (a) The item shall be operated on demand/complaint of users and shall be executed on specific written direction of JE/AGE . (b) All written docket shall be serially numbered, jointly signed including the user with bldg./Qtr No and entered in MB for the purpose of measurement and payment. (c) A recovery of Rs.200/-shall be levied as panalty from the contractor if the complaints are not done within 24 Hrs. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. Document in support of satisfatory completion of each complaint shall be preserved by contractor and submitted for verification.

Cleaning of existing SGSW/RCC pipe line upto 150 mm dia including intermediate manholes of any size in foul conditions by mechanical operated machine for removing blockage, taking out blocked sludge / debris etc collected in the manholes from pipe lines, cleaning & depositing sludge/debries to excavated pit/area, spreading necessary insecticise where sludge is deposited and covering the same with sand all as specified and as directed. Note :(a). All sludge/debried shall be deposited in nearest pit & covered with sand & necessary disinfection shall be carried out. (b). Rs 200.00 for each complaint shall be deducted from the payment of contractor in case complaint is not attended and rectified within 24 hours since ordered.

All as per serial item No. 2 here-in-before but 200 mm to 300 mm bore pipes.

Dewatering of sludge & removing the sludge from septic tank of capacity 25 to 50 users, in foul conditions cleaning the septic tank with water & removing the sludge outside the MD land & depositing, to carry out necessary disinfection where sludge is deposited all as specified and as directed

All as per serial item No. 4 here-in-before but septic tank of capacity 100 to 300 users

Cleaning of manhole upto any depth and taking out sludge, night soil, sludge water etc mechanically or manually and removing the same to a distance upto 5Km outside of MoD land and burried under ground including removing and refixing the manhole covers etc in foul conditions all as specifed and as directed. Note : (a) Rs. 200/-shall be deducted from the payment of contractor in case the complaint is not attended and rectified within 24 Hrs since ordered. (b) Internal size of manhole and depth of sludge only shall be measured and considered for payment.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in foundation, ground floors, pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC solid block masonry / brick masonry built in cement mortar including coping for manholes above or below GL in foul conditions or in any other condition all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slab and interlocking tiles of any description in floor, laid, bedded and pointed in any type of mortar all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits, man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge exc. 63 mm but n. exc. 100 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, including watering and rammed etc. complete all as specified and as as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of manholes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in slabs of septic tank, supported on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in manhole cover slabs including necessary forms, moulds etc and finishing concrete surface, even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast PCC solid block masonry with PCC 1:5:8 blocks, exc 10 cm width, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean redius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits and edges of suspended slab for septic tank and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick for fair finished surfaces of confrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to floor & vertical surfaces of sunken portion complete comprising the following :- (a) After demolition of floor and lime concrete etc. remove all loose particles along with existing water proofing treatment (any No of layers) with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square meter duly blended with & including water proofing compound Dr.Fixit or equivalent. (c) 15mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WP compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 hrs by ponding. (d) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/sqm on prepared plastered surface, Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm (e) M&L for PCC 1:4:8 for filling of sunken portion after conceling all membrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight, floor area of WC/Bath not exceedding 2.00 sqm on plan and provide hole in the wall and fix 830 mm long 20 mm dia GI spouts light grade, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) filling complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The rates include for drilling of the hole RCC @ 1.00 m centre to centre, to a depth to a length of 30 mm and fixing of PVC pipes of dia 15/20 mm laid dry and grouting with cement slurry mixed with can bax 100 chemical with pressure grouting with minimum 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick / 450mm x 300mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces, over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 20-25 mm thick over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed Note:- The size of kota stone slab not less than 550mm x 550mm.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab, 18-22 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces such as risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge precast cement concrete paver blocks (interlocking tiles) of M-35 grade with any colour, design & pattern in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed
