TABLE 900X600X760 WITHOUT DRAWER : FD-1007 S & F following components of Table including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of Table. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old existing broken top of table of any description with S&F new table top of size 900mmx600mm made out of 18 mm thick Rosewood/Teak Gold Prelaminated MDF Board exterior grade (Grade I, Type-II) ISI marked with 4mm thick PVC edging fixed to two sides with chemical adhesive by hot pressure method. Rest as specified in drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ GE. (Make:- Century/Action Tesa/ Green Panel).

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing broken U/S Locks of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new Locks with double key fix with suitable 4mm dia screws complete machine all as shown on drg specified and directed.

Legs of MS Square tube of size 25mmx25mmx760mm of 20 gauge as per drg.

Repairs to Drawer include tinkering/denting, painting, welding, etc. all as shown as specified & as directed.

Stiffeners as per drg.

Shoes all as per drg.

M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Table 900mmx600mm without drawer paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/ Berger/Nerolac).

TEAPOY VARANDHA : FD-35(M), FD-208, FD-255, FD-383 S&F following components of Teapoy Verandah including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of Teapoy Verandah. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of Long rails with S & F New Long rails of size 1980mm x 65mm x 25mm rectungular of 16 Gauge MS pipe

Replacement of short rails with S & F New short rails of size 900mm x 65mm x 25mm rectungular of 16 Gauge MS pipe

Replacement of leg with S & F New leg of size 440mm x 32mm x 32mm rectangular of 16 Gauge MS pipe

Replacement of Stiffner with S & F New Stiffner of size 836mm x 25mm x 25mm square of 16 Gauge MS pipe

MS Clips for fixing of plywood size 60mm x 25mm x6mm thick and welded with frame of charpoy. All as shown on drgs.

Removing old UNSV 32mmx32mm rubber shoes from the legs of charpoy, S & F new 32mmx32mm rubber shoes to the legs of charpoy

M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chapoy IP hard top, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac).

STEEL TABLE OFFICERS/CLERK OF SORTS : FD-84(M), FD-381, FD-1002, FD-1003, FD-1004 S & F following components of table officers/clerk including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of table officers/clerk. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of drawer with S&F new table drawer made to shape, fixed in position all as shown on drg, specified and directed with Locking arrangement i.e. Key holes etc.

STEEL LOCKER OF SORTS : FD-127(M), FD-257, FD-1029, CEDZ-D-ARC-27 S & F following components of locker Steel including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of locker steel. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of Handle with S&F new handle shall be of non-ferrous alloy with CP Godraj patten as per sample and complete with nuts and pins all as shown on drg and specified and directed by E-in-C and GE.

Replacement of legs with S&F new legs complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Replacement of shelf with S & F New shelf complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

Replacement with S&F new SS conduit pipe 20 mm dia for locker steel or sorts complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

Chromium plated safety type hasp & staples

Door Shutter (New shutters must be made of 1mm thick MS sheet, made to shape and size)

Replacement of hinges of steel locker with S&F new hinges SS (Make :- Hettich/ Ozone/ Epco)

STEEL ALMIRAH LARGE : FD-67(M), FD-351, FD-1031 S & F following components of almirah including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of almirah. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing broken U/S Locks with key cover of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new Locks six levers, with double key including new key cover complete on external face of Almirah & suitable 4mm dia screws complete machine all as shown on drg specified and directed. (Make :- Godraj/ Harrison/ Nova)

CHAIR VERANDAH:- FD-19, FD-359, FD/MAP-II/06 S & F following components of Chair Verandah including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of Chair Verandah. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing U/S cane/niwar plastic from the seat and back of chair and recanning the seat and back of chair with plastic cane 3.5mm to 4mm wide of 1st quality, white colour in pure godrej pattern. The canning of chairs shall only be carried out after complete painting process as specified in drg. MAKE OF CANE- SHAH, PREMIER

Removing the existing U/S/broken PVC seat and back from the chair verandah MAP, S & F new PVC seat and back 4mm thick to the chair verandah MAP after providing flat iron 20mmx4mm support in centre of seat only by proper welding for support of PVC seat.The PVC seat shall got approved from GE before supply. MAKE OF PVC SEAT –AMKO/ COMFO/ HARMONY

Replacement of legs of chair varandah with S&F new legs made out of 16 Gauge MS sheet complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Removing the old broken shoes of chairs and S & F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair Varandah paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

CHAIR REVOLVING/TILTING WITH ARMS STEEL : FD-75(M) S & F following components of chair including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of Chair Revolving High Back Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out U/S seat and S&F new seat with 12mm thick ply wood BWR (Make of BWR Ply: Archidlam/ Greenlam/ Century) made to shape for seat, upholstered with Fabric of approved colour and moulded polyurethane foam (Make: Sleepwell/ Springwell/Kurl-on) with PVC lipping all around.

Taking out U/S back and S&F new back with 12 mm thick ply wood BWR (Make of BWR Ply: Archidlam/ Greenlam/ Century) made to shape of back, upholstered with Fabric of approved colour and moulded polyurethane foam (Make: Sleepwell/ Springwell/ Kurl-on) with PVC lipping all around

Taking out U/S hand rest and S&F new hand rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert complete

Taking out U/S base and S&F new SS 5 star base fitted with twin wheel castors.

High Quality rubber shoes with inside MS washer at bottom 40mm high of size 38mmx38mm.
