Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M/L for Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade 3 cross sectional area 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 160mm outer dia and 136 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cable rout indicator comprising of CI wiser of size 100mm dia embossed as HT power cable fixed to MS angle iron of size 50x50x6mm graded stone aggregate of block size 300x300x450mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer including neceessay earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying, testing and commissioning Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix air break switch gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(2009) complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Material and labour for Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 including errection , embedded in PCC foundation 1:3:6 and PCC coping 1:2:4 and Earth work complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for disc type insulator,porecelain, viterous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type , brown tow in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working presseue 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers,nut size 150 mm height 150mm dia, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint on 2/4/6 pole 11 KV HT structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade in replacement as cable protection laid on trench/floor, fixed on pole/wall etc of following sizes all as specified of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 63/40mm under 4 pole HT structure /surounding area of manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers to true surface all as specified and directed

Material and labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced [ACSR](Weasel) of required size straining properly on insulators and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire, connectors, jumpers etc complete all as specified and as directed.
