Construction of embankment with approved material obtained fron borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 mtr, spreading ,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, a MORD Specifications 405.3 (A) (WBM Grade-3)

Brick edging both side of road of Brick Class M150 ,8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of brick finish to required templates and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming excavated earth as directed by The Engineer I/C of the work including material ,labour and T&p etc for proper completion of work. (SI no-765)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (i)

Providing and applying tack coat with Emulsion VG-10 Grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(iii)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by(ex.cost of) seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
