Earth work in Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil mixed with moorum shingle kankar requiring the use of special tools and Plants such a pick axes subbals etc. including, lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M form the foundation trenches. (Rate including Royalty of earth also) (4-Chapter Si.No.1)

Extra for Earth work in embankment mechanically compacted to 98% proctor density ln ordinary soil, excavation to be done form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5mtr in depth and work in embankment to be in 20cm layer including ramming and dressing pulverization surfacing including Supply of Labour, T&P, Roller and water sprinkle

Back filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5 m incl. cost of all labor complete as per specifications
