The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre per sqm over a coat of hot applied Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm. The overlaps between super multi polyplus are minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s directions.

Supply and fixing solid PVC wall lining/ panelling consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame and plugging to brick wall with 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications and drawing including necessary cutting for electrical fittings as per site requirment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Uprooting of trees, grass, bushes etc from brick wall/roof tiles or any other surfaces of building including dismantling the required brick work/ roof tiles/ mud concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match with existing surface with same material or concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 after pouring the chemical (which destroy the growth of vegetation to the place where vegetation removed). The rate shall include for scaffolding or any other arrangement required during this process upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified.
