Cutting in all kinds of earth such as pick work, blassting work, chiselling when when blasting is prohibited in soft/hard rock or such mixed or other veriety of soil of rocks etc. stacking of servicable matirial to specified diamenssions and dispossed of unservicable materiale at the place specified by Engineer in earth work and disposal of excavted earth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation in earth work in all kind of soil stacking excavated soil in the plinth sides of foundation and then disposing of all surplus soil in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- a) Foundation and plinth./walls

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4sand: 8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 ( 1cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

foundation footing and bases of columns & like mass concrete.

In suspended floor roofs landing shalves & their support balconies,beams, girders bressumers cantilevers upto floor two level

Providing and placing horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer Incharge with in all leads and lifts. (a)3mm to 6mm stone chips/Bajri

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement I/c bending binding and placing in position complete

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick so as to give fair finish I/c centering shuttering propping etc. height of propping below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mt. Height & removal of same in situ reinforce ment concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landing & like floor etc.,upto 200mm thickness.

Providing and fixing Zinc Aluminum steel storage tank rising cap. 50000 Ltr cap. Providing & Fixing 0.45mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coatig including Fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ridges or hips 60 cm over all in plain with galvanised iron prepainted steel Sheet fixed J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I Limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.60 mm thick sheet.

20 mm thick cement plasterin two coats , 15 mm and finisinhing coat 5 mm thick on rough side of brics/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrisses, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand )

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortor drops and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters.

Laying ,jointing, with circumferential butt joints by electrical arc welding (Welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of G.I Pipe of Jindal/Surya Roshani /Tata/AST or of approved rate contract of DGS and D / HP Govt make of following diameter confirming to IS:1239:1990 (Part-ii) (latest with up to date amendments having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure , including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers taper all shorts pieces, bends etc as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layer (Two inner and one outer) Where ever required as per direction of Engineer in charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of flanges I/C nut and bolts gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operation such as cutting welding and jointing fabrication of bends tees i.e lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Overlikon/Over cord s/s make.The damaged portion of the pipe and all specials (if damaged during laying and jointing operation of pipe ) made from the parents tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paints over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material ,flushing, Cleaning and Hydraulic testing,DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
