Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry or saturated conditions upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimetres layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth within all leads, lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly levelled.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : ten graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retining walls etcetera including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Precast concrete block masonry (including quion blocks,jamb blocks, closer etc.) with solid concrete blocks of approved size made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) and down gauge foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 ( One cement : Six sand) in super structure in all heights and depth including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying design mix reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M20 ( M- Twenty) to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm2( Twenty Newton per millimeter square) with minimum cement content not less than 340.00 kg( three hundred forty kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed including the cost of form work upto all floor levels/heights in string courses, coping, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain/ornamental window sills and the like including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works including entire carriage of material with in all leadsand lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, grooves and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, grooves and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla white wall care putty with two or more coats to achieve average thickness of 1mm ( one milimetre ) over plastered surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping, dust, loose materials and other foreign matter course sand papered smooth to give fine finish to the surface complete upto all floor level/heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apex Ultima, Asian Paint) on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter etcetera including course sand papered smooth complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with white enamel paint (ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) complete within all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
