Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the likenot exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sidesandramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed 70% All kind of Soil & 30% ordinary Rock.

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earthlead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in all kinds of soil.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggr. 40mm nominal size.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinthincluding leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarsesand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level andcuring complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth without bond stone.

Providing steel rope crossing including cost of steel rope, U-clamp, iron clamp/hooks, labour charges for stretching the steel rope in position, hire charges of chain pully along with the operator, fitting of pipes to be tied with the anchor blocks with steel rope 10mm dia,12mm dia, 16mm dia required dia as per condition of site Engineer, including all carriages complete job.

Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun)/ Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS : 8329 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K - 9 Pipes.

Providing & laying of HDPE Pipe Complete with Fittings excluding cost of trenches & refilling etc 90 mm dia (PE80-PN16) .
