M & L for white UPVC fixed or partially fixed & partially openable partition with 10mm thick toughened glass glazing with stickiring as approved by GE complete all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications all as directed:- (a) UPVC (Unplastisized Poly-Vinyl Chloride) material frame shall be of extruded UPVC section having overall dimention of 60 x 58mm with wall thickness 2.7+ 0.2mm extruded section. (b) Corners of wall frame shall be joined by MS galvanized brackets, joints shall be mitred and plastic welded . (c) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized MS tube of wall thickness 1.2mm ± 0.1 mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame. (d) The fixed partition shall be fixed to frame with UPVC standard beadings of 24.5 x 16mm of 2mm thick. (e) The glazing shall be of 10mm thick toughened glass with stickering as approved by GE all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for white UPVC sliding windows with glazing all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications :- (a) UPVC window frame shall be made of PVC material confirming to IS 10151. The door frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having overall dimension of 65 × 55mm having wall thickness 2 mm ± 0.2 mm . (b) Corners of wall frame shall be joined by MS galvanized brackets and joints shall be mitred and plastic welded . (c) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized MS tube of wall thickness 1 mm ± 0.1 mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame. (d) The profiles should be three chamber (three track) system which shall provide high insulation properties. (e) Glazing shall be provide with 6mm thick plain glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacturer's specifications. (f) Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperature 1.40mm shall be provided with window shutter with appropriate size beading.

M & L for granite (of any type) 16 to 18mm thick machine cut, as in walls, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and floorings, set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, moulding, rounding edges as required, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/stone wall in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/stone wall in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of external walls by applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (anti- fungal) paint over a coat of primer over and including one coat of external wall care putty complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Make: Apex Ultima of Asian paints or equivalent in Berger or Dulux or make as per list of make in PS as approved by GE.

S & F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 (Qulaity A) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint/any shade over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screw/hooks type complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The galvalume sheet shall be provided at a height of 6-8 mtrs and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding arrangements and connected items.

Taking down white coloured UPVC fixed partition with 8mm thick toughened glass glazing complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only white coloured UPVC fixed partition with 8mm thick toughened glass glazing, UPVC material frame shall be of extruded UPVC section having over all dimention of 60 x 58mm with wall thickness 2.70 ± 0.2mm extruded section including cutting & fixing of frame or toughened glass in required shape and size for new location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - New toughened glass where required to be fixed shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only toughened glass 8mm thick for UPVC fixed partition complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of celing and walls and applying two coats of Asian paints Royale Shyne paint (coloured/white) over a coat of deco prime primer over and including two coats of wall care putty with brush/roller, finished even and smooth complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by GE.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 12mm thick granite tiles of size 450 x 300mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of the tile, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering/ backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down mild steel/ RCC railing of any size and height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete kerb stone in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including all mouldings, frames etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in PCC floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick, as in sub-floors, sub-bases and pavings etc, finished even and rough to receive the top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set & jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigments, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old kerb stone in CM (1:4) on road edge including taking down old kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered brick/stone surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered brick/stone surface including cleaning vegetation from Kerb stone, making good the disturbed surface and applying two coats of synthetic paint complete as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old floor surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior grade complete as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L extra labour for forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with excavated soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) including necessary bond stones and pointing the inaccessible dressed surface with same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed, in any length , fixed to walls as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hand packing with broken stone or boulders or loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm in back of walls /back side abutment at weep holes areas etc all as specified and directed by Eng-in Charge.

Extra labour over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm granite or trap stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses including raking out joints to the joints to existing or new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of external wall and applying two coats of anti fungal paint (weather coating) over a coat of exterior primer complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of external wall and applying two coats of anti fungal paint (weather coating) complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, cills, string courses, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs, bands, lintels n.exc 1.5m length etc including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavings, finished even and rough to receive the top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removal surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed notching for wire etc., flats iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and other similar works conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of neck 10 to 12mm and n.exc 5cm long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing 50 x 50mm mesh and 2.90mm dia wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle iron or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering , running rails and guides) and hanging , also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe- 410 W Gde E Quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs at 100mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

S & F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafter, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connected plates confirming to Fe 410-W Grade E-250 quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick, as in plinth protection/pavings/ sub base etc, finished surface even and smooth without using cement complete or finished even and rough all as specified and as directed.

M & L for durastone tile of 300 x 300 x12-16mm thick in floor and skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match with tile, laid over and including screed bed in CM (1:4), 15mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for road markings edge lines, centre lines etc with reflective thermo static road marking paint 2mm thick laid with mechanical paver including removing existing road marking complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Road Marking Paint shall conform to MOST 803.4, Ver.III (Specification for thermoplastic road marking material). (ii) The colour, width and layout of road markings shall be in accordance with the Code of Practice for road Markings with paints, IRC:35

S & F convex mirror 100cm dia made up of polycarbonate material with MS poles of 80mm thickness medium grade (length of poles is 2.00m) fixed with cleats and hooks including nuts, embedded in post holes of size (40cm x 40cm x 60cm) in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M & L for stainless steel pipes 304 grade of dia 50mm and not less than 12 gauge thick for signboard including necessary framing and provision for fixing sheet and finishing and fixing in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sign board sheet made out of stainless steel sheet 1.00mm thick of outer dimension 600 x 450mm with frame of 50mm dia, including fixing of retro reflective stickers of approved colour and necessary letters, arrow up to 25 Nos in each face etc., in both faces of sheet and size not less than 1.00 Sqm to 1.50 Sqm area of each sheet and fixed with stainless steel pipes with necessary arrangements etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
