Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 200 mm dia (OD-200 mm & ID-175 mm nominal)

Supply and erection of PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, multicore annealed bare copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable for votage grad 1100 Volt IS 694 : 2010 complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work 6 sq.mm 4 core

Supply and erection of copper power cables, solid copper conductor upto 6 sq.mm & balance standed copper, XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheathed, Unarmoured/ Armoured (Glavanised wire for cables uopto 10C x 1.5 sq.mm, 8Cx2.5 sq.mm, 2Cx10 sq.mm, 3C x 10 sq.mm, 4C x 6 sq.mm & balance all galvanised steel strip), extruded PVC type ST2 Outer sheathed, 650V/1100V grade as per IS 7098 complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work 630 sq.mm single core

SITC of 3200A Angular bend shall be in accordance with IEC 61439:2012 and from the same manufacturer as the busbar trunking system. The degree of protection of the busbar trunking system should be IP54/IP65 in accordance to IEC 60529. Rated operation voltage of the busbar trunking is 1000V. 3 - Phase, 4 or 5 Wire with 50% capacity continual integral/internal earth busbar. The neutral conductor should have the same cross-sectional area as the phase conductor. The earth busbar must be one continuous piece without bolting on housing. The electrical contractor shall be responsible for routing the busbar trunking to coordinate with the other trades. Final field measurements shall be made by the contractor prior to release to the busbar trunking for fabrication by the manufacturer and should pass full type tests specified in IEC 61439:2012. The certificate shall be issued by an international independent testing authority (e.g. ASTA, KEMA). A product safety mark (e.g. KEMA-KEUR, ASTA DIAMOND) should be on the product offering a visible assurance to all of full product safety testing, factory inspection and ongoing surveillance under independent authority to ensure the ongoing safety of product. The busbar trunking system should pass seismic tests with actual physical product and being certified complying with UBC seismic Zone 4 condition by an international recognized earthquake research body, e.g. Asian Pacific Network of Centers for Earthquake Engineering Research (ANGER). other specifications as per DNIT in PDF.

SITC of Adaptor Cable Termination Box with interconnecting busbar, suitable for installation with busway of 2000A in which busway shall be in accordance with IEC 61439:2012 and should be manufactured under guidelines from the same manufacturer as the busbar trunking system. The degree of protection of the cable box should be min IP42. Rated operation voltage of the busbar trunking is 1000V. 3 - Phase, 4 or 5 Wire with 50% capacity continual integral/internal earth busbar. The neutral conductor should have the same cross-sectional area as the phase conductor. The earth busbar must be one continuous piece with additional bolting on housing. The electrical contractor shall be responsible for routing the internal busbars to coordinate with the cablingrequirements. Final field measurements shall be made by the contractor prior to release for fabrication by the manufacturer. The product housing shall be constructed of code gauge steel and aluminum to reduce hysteresis and eddy current loses and shall be provided with a suitable protective finish of ANSI 49 grey epoxy paint. The box housing shall be totally enclosed non-ventilated for protection against mechanical damage and dust accumulation. And it shall pass at least 500 hours salt spray test to ensure the anticorrosion ability. Busbars shall be of hard drawn aluminum of 98.8% purity grade. The temperature rise at any point of the system shall not exceed 55 degree Centigrade rise above ambient temperature material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work Make Schneider/ ABB/ Siemens
