M&L for rewinding of 3 phase electric motor of 40 HP VT pump with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including impregnated paper, sleevs, lathorised fibre glass, varnish , tape and including suitable size of leads from stater to terminal plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 3 phase electric motor of 50 HP VT pump with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including impregnated paper, sleevs, lathorised fibre glass, varnish , tape and including suitable size of leads from stater to terminal plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling and repair of 3 Phase, 30 to 60 HP centrifugal pump set of any make by disconnecting electrical/mechanical connection, taking up motor from foundation, transporting to authorized workshop to carry out repairs, replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like suction/discharge nozzle, oil rings, casing wear ring, shuffing box, throttle bushing, wear rings, nuts, bolts, washer etc including necessary lath work, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, repair of housing case of DE/NDE side, reassemble all the parts/ componants, refix at same position in alignment, reconnection, re-commissioning and testing to ensure efficient and smooth functioning to achieve desired discharge of pump complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Defective major components/spares elaborated hereafter in respecive item of BOQ shall be measured as supply only. Labour element for those items is included under item 43 of BOQ.
