Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete or stone walls including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames of door/ window with shutters , without taking off shutter from the frame exceeding 1.50 m and not exceeding 4.00 Sq m each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 m and not exc 2.00 Sq m all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 m and not exceeding 2.00 Sq m all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates complete including one shop coat of red oxide primer, providing mild steel 6 mm dia thresh old bar and filling hollow of frame of following sizes of frame 105 x60 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame and including 50 mm parapet sloping coping all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made Plain framed, second class hard wood panelled shutter (Two panel), 35 mm thick with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both face. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I), Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium powder coated window/ventilators shutter including frame, any type sliding or openable with frame, & other similar work etc. fabricated by using the JINDAL/HINDAL CO standard section including necessary arrangements to receive 4mm thick glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket/rubber beading etc. complete including necessary handles, roller wheels, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of aluminium section shall be measured exclusive of all fittings fixtures, hinges, handle, bolts, rubber gasket/rubber beading and locking arrangements.

S&F Frame work such as grills, frame, gratings etc ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and work conforming to Fe 410-0 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old wooden surface over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, 25 mm thick as in sub-base of floors. And base of water storage tanks, including necessary form work for rough finished surfaces etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 sq m each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down existing hessian base felt or clay tiles or any other water proofing treatment from roof/chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km to outside the MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even and smooth as in roof slab, chajja drops roof on brick or concrete surface to receive New coat treatment complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound measured and paid separately

M & L for water proofing treatment using 4 mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified weighing not less than 3.5 Kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.4 Liters per sqm on surface provide, a layer of APP modified membrane by torching applications including sealing the overlap while torching with 100 mm on length side and 100 mm wide side as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement curved well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. Notes (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured for payment. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of primer, APP membrane and SBR Latex etc as required.

Schedule 'A' -Part II ( Internal Electrfication )

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F Submain wiring with 4 sq mm three runs of single core multi stranded FRLS unsheathed PVC copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as per colour code drawn in PVC concealed conduit including all accessories as required and connecting to Existing main switch board/DB & testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 4 sq mm cable and one run of PVC concealed conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel, and earth lead connected to main DB panel/meter box panel including necessary earth work and excavation of in any type of strata, chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 with CI cover, GI tubing 15mm dia light grade for protection of GI wire, GI tubing 20mm dia for watering etc all as per electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I including provision of earthing test point & connecting to electrical equipments and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 7098 Part-1 1988 with aluminium conductor multi standarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including taking down of existing cable of 50 Sq mm 3.5 core and PCC cable cover all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed and as specified.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.
