Providing and fixing washable loop pile anti-static carpet of approved colour, shade, pattern and make, having minimum pile thickness of 8-10 mm and overall weight not less than 1200 GSM, manufactured from 100% stain-resistant synthetic fibers, flame retardant complete with approved acoustic underlay foam of min. 8mm thick, laid over the prepared floor surface using approved adhesives and as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). The work shall include careful dismantling and removal of the existing carpet along with old foam underlay and careful disposal outside campus premises, cleaning and preparation of the floor surface, ensuring proper alignment, stretching, pressing, edge finishing and tight fixing to the substrate. The item also includes cutting to required shapes, matching of patterns wherever required, finishing at edges and junctions, disposal of unserviceable material and debris outside the Institute premises, labour, transportation, tools & plants, consumables, cleaning of site and all other incidental works required to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. The bidder shall submit carpet samples in three different shades along with manufacturer's technical data sheet indicating GSM, thickness and fire-retardant properties for approval of Engineer-in-Charge before procurement and execution of work. The approved sample shall be preserved at site till completion of the work. 2. The carpet fabric shall conform to relevant Indian Standards fire-retardant requirements applicable for public assembly buildings.

Removal of existing auditorium chairs safely by opening the bottom nut tightened in anchor fasteners including removal of anchor fasteners fixed firmly in position by cutting, breaking and making good the concrete surface including all tools, labours etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Supplying fitting and fixing Roller Blind with 100% Polyester blackout fabric (plain/ ribbed fabric of approved colour and shade). Nominal thickness of fabric shall be 0.60-0.80 mm and nominal weight 255 - 450 grams per square meter, hanging excellent hanging properties and very high tearing strength, Coating of the fabric shall be of Acrylic, which shall be resistant to cracking and fraying. The fabric shall be suspended from the top channel made of extruded anodized alloy of 1.25-2.00 mm nominal thickness and 38 mm nominal diameter. The top channel shall be fixed with powder coated mild steel brackets with clutch assembly on either end of blind, fixed to jambs of the window opening with 50 mm stainless steel screws with heavy duty PVC wall (RAWL) plugs and to the aluminium window with 25 mm stainless steel screws. The operating mechanism fixed to the top channel shall be made of high strength ABS plastic having ultra-smooth gear with spring booster of high carbon steel. The mechanism shall be operated with tilt chain having 4.50 mm balls made of ABS plastic linked with 1.50 - 2.00 mm polyester chord. The mechanism shall allow the blind to stop in desired position with the help of stop lock. The bottom channels shall be of aluminium tube of 21 mm nominal diameter and 1.50-2.00 mm nominal thickness. The fabric shall be enclosed in suitably created pocket along the tubes, which shall be closed from side with end caps of same colour to the bottom roller. All exposed components of the roller blind shall be of milky white colour.

Breaking and removal of existing old loose internal plaster, including raking out joints and cleaning the surface for new plaster application, at any heights with all scaffolding, site cleaning, tools, equipment required for complete job with site cleaning and debris disposal etc. Complete as per the instructions and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a) Sand-faced plaster of any thickness

Providing Cement plaster for internal walls, ceilings and other workable surfaces with 12-15 mm thick in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) after surface preparation including cleaning, hacking of base R.C.C. surfaces, application of cement slurry all around, for all heights including scaffolding/staging, and providing GI plaster chicken mesh of 20 gauge stretched tight at all RCC/ PCC and masonry joints in 150mm wide strips on each surface; fixed with G.I. "U" type nails before plastering. All including tools, accessories, labour, wastage, finishing, curing, site cleaning etc. Complete as per instructions and directions of Engineer-In-Charge NOTE: 1. Silpoze Sand is permitted based on meeting the acceptance criteria. (Rates will be inclusive of all charges/ royalties against sand to be paid.) 2. Some area of plaster can be in patchwork of area less than or equal to 1 sqm. 3. Breaking of old plaster will be paid separately

Providing and applying Royale Luxury Emulsion of approved make on internal wall surface as detailed below Scrapping of door surface with emery paper and wipe clean the area. wall primer with brush by adding mineral turpentine oil by 8 to 10 % or water by 15 to 20% allowing to dry for 6 to 8 hours After applying acrylic wall putty with appropriate proportion of water of allow to dry for period of 4 to 6 hours of activity. Scrapping with emery paper and wipe clean Applying paints Royale Luxury emulsion 1st coat with brush and applying 2nd coat by roller etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying Royale Luxury Emulsion of approved make on door surface as detailed below including removal of existing wallpaper, scrapping of door surface with emery paper and wipe clean the area, apply primer with brush by adding mineral turpentine oil by 8 to 10 % allowing to dry for 6 to 8 hours After applying wooden putty with allow it to dry for period of 4 to 6 hours of activity. Scrapping with emery paper and wipe it clean, applying paints Luxury emulsion 1st coat with brush and 2nd coat by roller etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Making alteration in existing grid false ceiling by removing existing 600 X 600 mm tiles and replacing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling in box shape (to accommodate wall mounted projector screen) using 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25 x 50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 millimeter perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 millimeter galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strapping at every 1200 millimeter item to be completed in all respects including necessary sleeves for ducts finishing of joints cut outs, painting including labour, material, lifts etc. all complete.

Supply and placing of Anti Skid Stair nose on Auditorium steps in grey color of size 45-50mm (Tread) and 20-25 mm (Riser). The Stair nose shall be fixed with help of countersunk Screws. The screws should be covered with PVC anti-Skid rubber of Black Color etc. including labour for cutting, fixing, wastage, transport, etc. complete as directed by EIC. complete.
