Returning filling in incl spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hardand dense soil complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for crushed stone and cushioning to UG cable, provide with the layer 8 cm befoe and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness only to be measured as per SSR.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV Type-I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm placed perpendicular to the cable, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm. all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes:- (a) -do- but size 150 Sqmm 3½ core . all as specified and directed.

(b) -do- but size 95 sq mm 3½ core

(c) -do- but size 70 sq mm 3½ core

(d) -do- but size 16 sq mm 4 core

Supply and erection steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 meters long), pre-painted internally and externally including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the surface, after erecting the pole,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : - Excavation earth work & cement concrete shall be measured and paid under relavent item of schedule.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete completed all as specifed and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate for copping of poles Pedestal (PCC) or mass filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings 30 Kilo Amp discharge capacity distribution class suitable for 11KV HT over head network including necessary connections with HT over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of air break switch gang operated (GOD) triple pole with drop out fuses mechanically operated, mounted on insulators 15 Nos & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25 mm & medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11000 V grade working pressures and current upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for supply and installation, Over head, aluminium conductor steel reinforced, weasel, including making connections and fixing on poles with all necessary arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Weight of ACSR or all conductors drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between center of two adjacent poles and compunding the weight of conductors of size and length provided and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm x 60 Cm x 6 mm thickness buried directly in ground (earth pit not less that 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all exacavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover,charcoal/salt funnel etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto but using galganised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia as continuity earth wire.

S&F in repairs cable end joint boxes 95 Sqmm, 3 core XLPE 11kV HT Cable cold shrinkable outdoor type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing in replacement of cross arms bracing supports clamps, back plates fabricated from steel section made out of Fe-0-310/ Fe-0-410 incuding nuts,bolts and washers welding,drilling hole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of shackle insulator porcelain white, brown or green 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for fixing in replacement of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green: assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Supply and fixing Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet viterous enemelled white , with letters , figures, and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps,bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X 20 size complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Supply and fixing anti climbing device , spikes type fabricated out of MS Bars (round, square and flate) including Nuts, Bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for supply, installation and testing complete step down transformer 11/.433 KV ,200 KVA copper wound, Three phase, 50 Htz, DYN11, ONAN type, including of standard accessories like conservator, silica gel, breather, radiator fins, HT & LT cable end boxes or bus duct flange, Lifting lugs, Bi-directional plain/Flanged rollers, Earthing terminal, Air release plug. Off load tap changer (+5% to 10% in steps of 2.5%) winding/Top oil temperature rise of 45 degree centirgrade/40 degree centigrade, ISI marked drain vlave, Dial type temp gauge, first fill oil, Epoxy based paint etc having max. total losses as per energy efficiency level-2 at basic insulation confirming to IS 2026 (Part -I to Part - II ) latest amende and IS 1180 Part I: 2014 BEE star level -II as per Govt of Idia, Ministry of Power notification Dated 16 Dec 2016 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor in over head line/ using as Guard wire for protection of over head conductor in road crossing or fixed to wall /pole as directed by Engr -in-charge.

Material and labour GI tubes light grade 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with stay plate bow, stay rod of dia 16mm and gavanised iron stay wire stranded of size 7/4mm and accessories as shown in electric plate No 1 of SSR part-I (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured separately) complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for constution of PCC platform of size 2mtr x 2mtr x1.5 mtr using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 Plateform for installation of 160 to 200 KVA Transformer complete as directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for making chain link fencing around PCC plateform for 160 to 200 KVA Transformer of size 6 mtr x 6mtr and height 1.8 mtr including 40 x 40 x 6 angle iron post at 1.5 mtr internal and also at cornors including filling aggregate of 40mm to 63mm size all around the plateform alongwith Entrance gate complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of bus bar chamber size 600x 450x 300 mm outdoor type made out of MS sheet 2.0 mm thick mounted on angle iron frame dully painted with two coat of synthetic enemelled paint over a coat of primer and comprising of three phase aluminum bus bar 200 amps mounted on insulators including provisioning of foundation all as specifed and directed.

Supply & Installation, testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed, (CPRI approved) factory made and made out of 3 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of copper of suitable size for capacity 600 Amps 3 Phase and Neutral 415 Volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulators with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge including following accessories:- a) MCCB 400 Amps Cap 4 Pole 36 KA 415 -1 No for( I/C) b) Change over switch open execution type 400 Amp 4 pole - 01 No c) MCCB 250 Amp cap 3 pole 25 KA 415 Volts - 1 Nos d) MCCB 160 Amp cap 3 pole 16 KA 415 Volts - 2 Nos e) Digital Volt meter with sellector switch(0-500V) - 02 Set f) Digital Amp meter with sellector switch with necessary CT (0-500A) - 02 Set g) LED indicating lamp - 02 Set Note : (i) The Make of Change over and MCCB are as given from the make list (ii) The rates deemed to be inclusive of suitable size copper wirinng/copper strips from Main I/C MCCBs to Channge over switch, Change over switch to Main Bus bar and Bus Bar to Outgoing MCCBs complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The design of Panel, Make of complete accessories and drawing of the LT Panel should be submitted by the contractor for pre-approval from the Engineer-in-charge before order and execution at site.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 Cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specifed and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 Cm deep and averaging 15 Cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.completed all as specifed and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n. exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick with broken bricks, watered and rammed to a true surface completed all as specifed and directed.

M&L for cement concerte type C2 1:3:6 (40mm crushed graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttersses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequred cement concerte tiles 200mm x 200mm x 25 mm thick set, (with grey cement and pigment) jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel works as in tubular roof trusses, purlins, Rafter, vertical posts, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular pipe, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats riveting incl bending and welding, conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 quality A complete all spd and as directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset plates, cleats, MS Flat, MS plate, rivetting etc n exc 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all spd and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of Green colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all spd and as directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming including preperation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or grith not other wise described, complete all as spd and as directed.

S&F in repairs cable end joint boxes 95 Sqmm, 3 core XLPE 11kV HT Cable cold shrinkable indoor type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for shifting of cable from existing VCB 400 A cable to four pole structure as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chagre.
