Sch 'A' Part- VII

M&L for providing bund using earth obtained from excavation including necessary transportation and laying along the retaining wall of pond complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CRS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP-65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, suitable for wet location of Capacity of 36W including necessary wiring complete, fitting including bracket made out of GI pipe of 40mm dia light grade not less than 1.8 metre long bent to shape, fixed to pole in any position with flat iron clamps of required size complete all as specified and directed.

Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of water treatment plant of capacity 400 KLD ( 16 hrs Working per day with discharge of 25 m3 /Hr ) consisting of following items. Inlet water Characteristics :- Surface rain water run off water Outlet Water Characteristics :- Out let potable water water shall be conforming IS -10500 : 2012 (i) PH - 6.5-8.5 (ii) Total Suspended Solids - <10 (iii) Turbidity max <01, (d) Mineral Oil (Mg/L) < 0.5, Total Nitrate (Mg/L) < 45. (a) Raw Water Transfer Pump: Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal, Monoblock, horizontal raw water pumps to pump Raw water from Raw water storage tank to static mixer having a liquid discharge rate of minimum 25 m3/hr at a head of 10-20 meters suitable for operation on 3 phase 415Volt AC supply etc. as required. (1 working and 1 Stand by ) - 02Nos.

(b) Coagulant Dosing system: Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of single phase dosing pump set having flow rates 0-12 LPH and LDPE dosing tank 200 litres for storage of Coagulant dosing solution as required. (Pump- 1 working and 1 Stand by) - 02 Nos. (c) Polymer Dosing system: Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of single phase dosing pump set having flow rates 0-25 LPH and LDPE dosing tank 500 litres for storage of Polymer dosing solution as required. (f) Flocculation Tank: Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of Flocculation tank. Approximate dimension of the tank shall be of 3850mm L x 2000mm W x 1425mm H with Volume not less than10.97m3, Detention time shall be not less than 26 min, MOC : MS with epoxy painted in inner side and outside of equipment. Flocculator quantity shall be of 2 Nos, Type of flocculator -Flat paddle type, RPM : 20 RPM, MOC : SS304 - 01 Nos. (g) Lamella clarifier: Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of Lamella clarifier, MOC shall be MS with Epoxy painted in inner side and outside of the equipment. Overall size of the lamella clarifier shall be 2640mm L x 2000mm W x 1500mm H. MOC of the lamella plates should be FRP and the size of the plates are 1220mm L x 1030mm H, Quantity of the plates shall be min of 60 nos. Spacing between the plates should be 35mm - 01 Nos.

(h) Sludge transfer/Recirculation pump: Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal, Monoblock, horizontal Sludge recirculation pumps to pump Sludge from Lamella clarifier to flocculation tank suitable for handling minimum 8-10 mm solid particles having a liquid discharge rate of minimum 5m3/hr at a head of 10 meters suitable for operation on 3 phase 415Volt AC supply etc. as required. (1 working and 1 Stand by) - 02 Nos. (j) Gravity Sand Filter: Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of sand filter including media suitable size for filtration rate of 25 Cum/Litre. MOC the sand filter shall be MS with Epoxy painted in inner & outside of the filter - 01 No. (k) Back Wash Pump: Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal, Monoblock, horizontal Back wash pumps having a liquid discharge rate of minimum 70m3/hrs at a head of 10 meters suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 Volt AC supply etc. as required.- 01 No.

(l) Air Blower: Supply, Fixing and commissioning of air blower with the capacity of 4 m3/min. The pressure rating 0.2 kg/cm2. The blowers are need to supplied along with Air Relief Valves Belts, Belt Gaurds, Wafer type Unit Return Valves. The blowers delivery will be connected with suitable mild steel epoxy coated header lines and lateral lines. The blowers are made up of cast iron and the Inclusive of transport, handling charges etc. as required - 01 No. (m) ACF Feed Pump: Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal, Monoblock, horizontal ACF feed pumps having a liquid discharge rate of minimum 25 m3/hr at a head of 25-30 meters suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 Volt AC supply etc. as required. (1 working and 1 Stand by) - 02 Nos. (n) Piping Works: Supplying, laying and jointing the required size of pipes as per site condition of entire inter connecting piping inside the Water treatment plant of DI/GI/UPVC pipes SCH40/PVC plant with bends, tees, flanges, offsets, nuts, bolts etc. as required. - 1 Lump sum.

(r) MCC Panel: Design, Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor panel non-compartmentalized floor mounted front operated cubicle panel fabricated out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet steel, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, suitable for 3 phase 415V 4 wire AC supply system with suitable busbar capacity and having the following incoming and outgoing switch gears complete with terminating arrangements, lugs, duly powder coated with approved shade and Suitable size of busbar and cable, MCB, MCCBs, Starters for all Pumps considered in the schedule. - 1 Lump sum. (s) Instruments: Pressure gauge-1 Lot and Level switch and level indicator for raw water tank and treated water tank - Testing equipments-PH meter, Turbidity meter, TDS meter, Chlorine test kit - 01 No. (t) Commissioning Chemicals: Supplying of commissioning chemicals for trial run of WTP for one month as required quantity, inclusive of transport, handling charges and all taxes and duties etc. Notes :- (i) The contractor shall engage specialist firm approved by E-in-C's branch for water treatment plant for design, supply and execution of the water treatment plant. (ii) The list of approved manufacturer/OEM for water treatment plant is given here-in-after.

Design, Supply, install, test and commissioning of water treatment plant of capacity 160 KLD (16 hrs working per day of discharge 10 m3/hr), consists of following items Inlet water characteristics:- Surface rain water TDS >500 Out let Water Characteristics :- the outlet water characteristics shall confirm to IS-10500:2012 pH value - 6.5 to 8.5 Total Suspended Solids (Mg/L) <10 Turbidity =<1 Total Nitrogen< 45 Mineral Oil (mg /l ) < 0.5 Sulphide < 0.5 Chloride < 250

The water treatment plant shall be Consisting of the following:- (a) Raw Water Transfer Pump: Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal, Monoblock, horizontal raw water pumps to pump Raw water from Raw water storage tank to static mixer having a liquid discharge rate of minimum 10 m3/hr at a head of 10-20 meters suitable for operation on 3 phase 415Volt AC supply etc. as required. (1 working and 1 Stand by ) - 02Nos. (b) Coagulant Dosing system: Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of single phase dosing pump set having flow rates 0-4 LPH and LDPE dosing tank 200 litres for storage of Coagulant dosing solution as required. Flocculator quantity shall be of 2 nos, Type of flocculator -Flat paddle type, RPM : 20 RPM, MOC : SS304 - 01 No. (g) Lamella clarifier: Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of Lamella clarifier, MOC shall be MS with Epoxy painted in inner side and outside of the equipment. Overall size not less than of the lamella clarifier shall be 1220mm L x 2000mm W x 1500mm H. MOC of the lamella plates should be FRP and the size of the plates are 1220mm L x 1030mm H, Quantity of the plates shall be min of 35 Nos. Spacing between the plates should be 35mm - 01 No.

(p) Activated Carbon filter: Material of Construction: FRP, design Flow Rate: 10 m3/hr, Minimum Operating Pressure: 1.0 Kg/cm2 , Design Pressure: 2.5 Kg/cm2, Filtering Media: Activated Carbon, Silex and Pebbles, Type of valve: Individual Butterfly valve of suitable size Media Depth: as required, Pressure Gauge:2 Nos. - 01No. (q) Piping Works : Supply and laying water supply pipe line DI/ GI/ UPVC/ PVC (as per manufacturer recommendation) of suitable grade and size as per site requirement for interconnection inside water treatment plants including all specials such as Tee, Union, bends, Elbows, Collar , Flanges , Offsets, Tail pieces , Nuts , Bolts , washers etc. as per requirement all as specified and directed -1 Lump sum.

Supply, laying in trenches/on ground, connecting, jointing, testing and commissioning of size 150mm dia of Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, socket and spigot type, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329 in standard lengths including suitable for Push- On Rubber gasket jointing / tyton joint with inside mortar lining and black bitumen external coating complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 26.00 here-in-before but flanged end pipe as suction line of Size 100mm dia including manufacturers recommended size of rubber gasket connecting material, nuts, bolts and washers. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, install and testing of Centrifugal Pump set suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 15M Head,7 LPS including foundation as per manufacturer recommendations with and including suitable automatic star delta starter of suitable capacity complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing of Strainer for Suction of size 80mm bore, Heavy duty cast iron body conforming to relevent IS suitable for submersible pump fitted in position including rubber/leather gasket, nuts & bolts and washers with synthetic metal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of open well submersible monoblock pump set of discharge capacity 09 LPS at 26 Mtr head, (5HP/ 3.7KW) suitable for 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50Hz, AC Supply including PCC foundation as per manfacturers recommendation including nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix foot valve 80mm bore ball type Heavy duty cast iron body conforming to IS fitted in position including rubber/leather gasket, nuts & bolts and washers with synthetic metal ball complete including dismantling of unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule "A" Part - VIII [Manning and Operation] [Tenderer has to quote unit rate under Col 6] Providing services for Manning and operation of 400 KLD water treatment plant and all ancillaries at para 11 Pump house at Brichgunj military station , Port Blair by providing services of one Skilled operator (FGM) (2 years Certificate holders from recognised ITI/ NCT/VT in the relevant trade and trained by the OEM with 3 years of relevant experience) and one helper (Semi skilled ) ( Metric/ SSC qualified with 3 years of relevant experience) in each shift of 8 hours in Two shifts on all the days including Sundays and holidays for assuring clean water / Raw water as required / as per user requirement, operation of raw water pumps and filteraion plant, pumping of treated water to treated water tank and from pump house to all distribution areas, Control panel located in pump house, pump sets, Air blowers, Chemical Dosing pumps, Mixing of Chemicals as required, operation of various valves, maintaining of all documents/ Log sheets / Records systematically as directed and also taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. Further to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of Water treatment Plant/ Rain water harvesting system / Pump houses to the entire satisfaction of users / department complete all as specified and directed. The period of M&O starts from the date of completion of work under Phase I.

Providing services for Manning and operation of 400 KLD water treatment plant and all ancillaries at para 11 Pump house at Brichgunj military station, Port Blair by providing services of one Skilled operator (FGM) (2 years Certificate holders from recognised ITI/ NCT/VT in the relevant trade and trained by the OEM with 3 years of relevant experience) and one helper (Semi skilled ) ( Metric/ SSC qualified with 3 years of relevant experience) in each shift of 8 hours in Two shifts on all the days including Sundays and holidays after completion of serial item No.50.00 here-in-before for assuring clean water / Raw water as required / as per user requirement, operation of raw water pumps and filteraion plant, pumping of treated water to treated water tank and from pump house to all distribution areas, Control panel located in pump house, pump sets, Air blowers, Chemical Dosing pumps, Mixing of Chemicals as required, operation of various valves, maintaining of all documents/ Log sheets / Records systematically as directed and also taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. Further to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of Water treatment Plant/ Rain water harvesting system / Pump houses to the entire satisfaction of users / department complete all as specified and directed.

Providing services for Manning and operation of 160 KLD water treatment plant and all ancillaries at Minniebay , Port Blair by providing services of one Skilled operator (FGM) (2 years Certificate holders from recognised ITI/ NCT/VT in the relevant trade and trained by the OEM with 3 years of relevant experience) and one helper (Semi skilled ) ( Metric/ SSC qualified with 3 years of relevant experience) in each shift of 8 hours in Two shifts on all the days including Sundays and holidays for assuring clean water / Raw water as required / as per user requirement, operation of raw water pumps and filteraion plant, pumping of treated water to treated water tank and from pump house to all distribution areas, Control panel located in pump house, pump sets, Air blowers, Chemical Dosing pumps, Mixing of Chemicals as required, operation of various valves, maintaining of all documents/ Log sheets / Records systematically as directed and also taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. Further to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of Water treatment Plant/ Rain water harvesting system / Pump houses to the entire satisfaction of users / department complete all as specified and directed. The period of M&O starts from the date of completion of work under Phase I.

(e) The water treatment plants along with all ancillaries and pumps shall be operated to maintain the specified requirement of treated water throughout the year. (f) Schedule of maintenance for the plants along with all ancillaries, pumps and accessories (for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) as per manufacturer’s recommendation shall be submitted by the contractor. (g) All chemicals required for treatment for water and cleaning of equipment’s etc. Shall be supplied by the department. (h) All spare parts (minor and major) as per recommendations of OEM shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost. (j) The personnel / Tradesmen will not leave the premises of work under any circumstances during the duty period. He will not leave the premises of work without next shift reliever reporting for duty. Surprise checks will be carried out by department’s representative jointly with the bidder/ Service provider. During the surprise checks by representative of department, if any Tradesmen or Helper is found missing during working hours / shift timings, it shall be treated as absent for entire day/ shift and penalty / recovery for non-employment of Tradesmen or Helper shall be made from the bidder / Service provider at Double the rate Quoted in Schedule ‘’A’’ or Double the market rate for Tradesmen or Helper whichever is higher. (Wages of Tradesmen and Helper shall be equated with minimum fair wage of skilled and semi-skilled labour as the case may be) Whichever is more besides any loss / damages occurring during the period which shall be made good by the Bidder / Service provider without any extra cost to the Government.
