Schedule 'A' Part-I (Building Works)

Demolition of cement concrete of (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete.all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Including removal demolished debris out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractor against the same.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab, supported on wall , shelves and similar type of work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping to columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) n. less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick, area of each tile n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:6 (including hacking of floors) to match Shade, pattern, laying etc including taking down/demolition of existing tile/PCC Floor/Terrazo flooring including removal of debris out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area and no extra cost will be paid for the same.complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (300x600 x7 to 8 mm thick coloured Light & Dark Shade) of premium quality as in dado/ skirting and vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying at site including taking down of existing tile/plaster/terrazo dado including removal of debris out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area and no extra cost will be paid for the same complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for pre- polished granite 18-20 mm thick slab machine cut of any shade as approved by GE of inc over cement screed bed including edge moulding,rounding to shape cutting and nosing with suitable hole for cylender gas pipe, kitchen sink ,WHB, grinding and machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish (granite finish) with suitable grinding stones and set in 15mm thick CM 1:4 in single piece for platform including taking down of existing tile work including removal of debris out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area and no extra cost will be paid for the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Including removal demolished debris out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractor against the same.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricksstraight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m meanradius built in cement mortor 1:6.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Including make good the Jam of window/Door to receive new door/window by brick work,plaster and matching finishes as required also no extra payment should be made to the contractor against the same.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Including make good the Jam of window/Door to receive new door/window by brick work,plaster and matching finishes as required also no extra payment should be made to the contractor against the same.

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws,includinng taking down existing complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screw @150 mm centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirment and direction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with 4 Nos of 100mm stainless steel butt hinges, 2 Nos 150mm stainless handle ,200 mm SS tower bolt and 150mm stainless steel door stopper of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) Consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail;Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing of wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F in repair 5.5mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S &F in repair 4mm thick, figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for stainless steel wire cloth 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width 1.40 mm aperture of tinned tacks of galvanised wire staple to steel windows/fixed with wooden beads of 2nd class Hard Wood to wooden doors/windows complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for aluminum anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete of Size 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for aluminum anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete of Size 200 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for aluminum Handle cast type anodized of size 125mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down or cutting MS helical door spring 150mm to 200 mm long by welding or chiseling etc from metal door frames and S&F new hydraulic door closer in same position with screw or other accessories as per requirement on chowkhats/frame.complete all as specified and ditected by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair towel rail 60 cm (D type) long of chromium plated fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and plastic cleats ( Minimum weight 190 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unservicable /cracked water tanks and removing from site capacity exe 500 ltr n.exe 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Including demolition of existing RCC tank and making of brick pedstal for fixing new PVC water tank and removal demolished debris out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractor against the same.

Supply and fixing white colour rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks in square shape hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 1000 ltr (Triple layer) including PVC float valve 20mm dia,gate valve for inlet and outlet pipe including GI nipple at inlet and outlet pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing for 15mm dia pipe and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings. with all fittings; (ISI marked) such as brass elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing for 20mm dia pipe and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F for 25mm dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings. with all fittings; (ISI marked) such as brass elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills , sunshades, shelves, lintels,etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting n exc 10cm girth all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Taking down CI pipes, SWR pipes (including all fittings),bend , floor traps with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and removing lead of 100mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with tarfelt including cement Plaster / HP tiles/ from roof or wall surfaces such as parapets / RCC fins of any type in any thickness including demolition of RCC tank etc and prepare the surface for new treatment.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Including removal of debris or excavated material out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area and no extra cost will paid to the contractor against the same.

M&L for surface preparation & Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foregin particles laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and including cement platering 20mm thick in cment mortar 1:4 incl mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufecturer instruction on surfaces of floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making strips of size 30cm x 30cm .Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in 'V' groove filled with Repair mortar/Mircroconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended propertionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement :Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight , Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of ˃ 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin:hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letter head complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI(solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete,including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of, stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors,aprons including screed bed or flooring etc complete all as specified and directed Notes:-Demolished material should be thrown out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in floor,steps laid over set with neat grey cement slurry mixed with colour over 20mm thick screed in CM 1:4 pigment to match the shade of the slab including Grinding polishing to achieve granite finish including moulding to exposed edges. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Kota stone in steps should be provided in single piece & 2mm groove in treads.

M& L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over set with neat grey cement slurry mixed with colour over 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 pigment to match the shade of the slab including Grinding polishing to achieve granite finish including moulding to exposed edges. complete all as specified and directed. M&L for injecting at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with white cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Depth of hole will be measured for for payment purpose only.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match with the existing floors and ceiling the same with white cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. M&L for preparation of New surface of walls and applying two coat of exterior emulsion/ Apex paint over a coat of primer incl filling gaps with wall care putty and applied using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length the spray machine should be reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage incl cleaning the floor ,joinary ,surfaces,usage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, applying two coats of distemper with oil emulsion over a coat of primer including necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash with help of roller or brush as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
