Excavating over areas, n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30 cm thick; .watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n.exc 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne in required level, gradient and camber including filling depression with approved earth occurred during rolling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Soling (or sub base) spread thickness 150 mm with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick WBM (compacted thickness) in two layers, each layer consisting of 75 mm thickness with coarse aggregate (granite/trap/basalt stone) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of WMM surface complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg/10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid and copacted required gradient and camber consolidated thickness 50 mm laying with machine & mixing in hot mix plant with binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix, rolled and consolidation with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 kg/10 Sqm and providing bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrow etc. and the like n.exc 10 CM wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 40/50 mm bore mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. ( Make-3M/Dark eye).

M&L pre-cast cement concrete blocks 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 100x300x450mm as in kerb stone edging set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on cement concrete surfaces including preparation of new concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying 25mm thick dry river sand cushioning under floor or paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade With Grey Cement and pigment laid over sand cusioning complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Sand cushioning to be measured & paid separately)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth foundation and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling in mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling in mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, haunching & bed blocks etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similar work vertical and batter, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer on newly plastered or concrete surfaces including preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying reinforced concrete pipes 600 mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours), backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing & directed.
