Random Rubble Masonary in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five crushed stone sand) - for foundation and Basementl - including simultaneously pointing above ground level with the same mortar etc.,complete - complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position plain cement concrete precast kerb slab of size 600mm x 600mm x 200mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, Two crushed stone sand and Four jelly) using 20mm HBG stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing, fixing and pointing the slab with CM 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) to full depth of slab etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing and fixing of artificial synthetic thatch roofing UBUD material winroyal make in sloping surface on corrugated sheet using screws and sealing it with waterproofing membrane and fixing it on fabricated structure as detailed design and drawings. Thatch roof will be screwed in layers by overlaping it. Wherever required thatched ridges are to be provided as per drawing including all cutting and fixing on perimeter of the structure known as strater etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Designing, Providing and fixing in position Hot rolled structural steel Members / Sections consists of MS joists, channels, angles, purlins, pipes, hollow tubes, runners, insert plates, flats etc. at all levels. Surface preparation of all MS members by Sand blasting to SA 21/2 grade and painted with anti corrosive, PU paint (metallic finish) with compatible primer to a minimum film thickness of 75 microns and 2 coats of PU paint of and total dry film thickness 225 microns. Rate to including all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, stagging, transportation, lead & Lifts, wastage, cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding, electrodes and connections required for the work. No extra on this account will be paid for, and the rate to include preparation of fabrication shop drawings for client's approval. etc., as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) The colour of the finish paint shall be approved by the Client / Architect. In case of local weld, fresh treatment shall be repeated with same colour to match with the original and existing Paint. After Service vendor welding works, touch up painting to be done.

Supply and laying in position of dressed Stone Slab of 50 to 75mm thick and required size of 0.9m x 0.6m with over a sand bed of 100mm thick for the Eco pathway as directed by Departmental officers etc., complete compling with Standard specifications.

Providing and fixing in position of Architrave Stone pillars - of size 300 x 450 x 1200mm of approved stone pillars - with proper carvings/beadings/scaluptures works - as per the design provided - Neatly dressing, finishing and wax polishing etc. complete - complying with standard specificatons and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Stone size/pattern/quality and design of the scaluptures should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fabrication and fixing in position of bambo Readymade Restrooms of Standard Specifications with following sizes. (All materials Should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position)

Manufacturing, Supplying and erecting in position of the “ Storage cum First Aid Room” Container of size 10.00m x4.00m x 2.60m (30’L x 12’ W x 8’6”H) made out of 50mm x25mm wooden frames insulated using 35mm thick Thermocoal and lined with 8mm thick MDF sheets paneling. The Container consists of 3 ( three) numbers of Heavy Duty Doors of size 0.90m x 2.10 ( 3’x7’) exterior surface paneled with SS Sheets, 5 ( Five) numbers of Aluminium glazed windows sliding type of size 0.90m x 0.60m ( 3’x2’) with grills using 10mm square rods and G.I sheet rain gutters. The floor of the container fabricated with paywood and the top surface finished with Anti skid vitrified tiles of size 60cm x60cm x8mm thick. 5 (five) numbers of working tables with drawer setup are provided. 7 (seven) numbers of Tube Lights on roof, 1 (one) number 5 AMPS Double switch and 1(one) number 20 AMPS points 8 nos metal clad socket, 3 (three) number of Bulk Head Lights fitted on the top of the Doors on the exterior side, 4 (Four) number of 5AMPS power Sockets for the wall mounted fans, DB with necessary MCB and 32AMPS Tripper and an Electrical inlet provision with 32AMPS Socket. Two wooden partitions to the full height are also provided and 6 (six) numbers of concrete stones of 0.30m x0.30m are provided for mounting the container legs. The Cost is inclusive of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges to the site and all incidental charges.
