Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical Specification section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of type-"A" 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm ( Thirteen decimal two millimetre to five decimal six millimetre ) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero decimal two seven cubic metre) pre-mixed with bitumen binder grade VG-10 (Viscosity Grade ten) at the rate of 14.6 kg. (fourteen decimal six kilogram) per ten square metre of to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable hot mix plant 30/40 (thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher to required grade and camber and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred ) KN static road roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type-”B” complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B with bitumen grade VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 Kg. (six decimal eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per ten square metre premixed in mini hot mix plant, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying of mixed materials manually and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty- hundred ) KN static roller complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government..
