Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 13 mtr pole support with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories. grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (All material provided by contractor except S.T. Pole )

Construction of T/F plinth as per Resspo at the place of damaged T/F plinth after arrangement of supply by mobile trolley T/F (All require material cement, A class Bricks, cement, Stones, Sand, fencing MS angle Provided by Contractor)

Laying of cable by manual method/machine with the help of HDPE in all horizontally/Cross under the road, minimum1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in 8'' dia HDPE Pipe including cartage. (HDPE pipe will be provided by contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Laying of cable by manual drill method/machine with the help of HDPE in all horizontally/Cross under the road, minimum 900 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' dia HDPE Pipe including cartage. (HDPE pipe will be provided by contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Laying of cable by manual drill method/machine in manual making proper cable trench with the use of Bricks, sand and Stone cap etc in all horizontally/Cross under the road, minimum 900 mm bellow from the surface for laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable (All Material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 4” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV,3X185 sq mm cable)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 33 KV,3X300 sq mm XPLE cable)

Repairing of Fencing with Painting of Transformer Plinth (All require material cement, A class Bricks, cement, Stones, Sand, fencing MS angle and M.S. Grills/FRP Grills Provided by Contractor)

Painting of 13/11/9 ST Pole with Clamp and Channel 1 coat Red Oxide and 2 coat Alluminium Paint after cleaning by Regmall paper/Steel brush if require (Painting material will be provided by contractor)

Repairing/Replacement of LT Cubical Box as Bus-bar, Lugs, Indicator, Box door etc as per side requirement (All Material will be provided by contractor

Dismantle of Damaged Transformer Plinth with debris removal.

Dismantling of Damaged/Useless Pole Rail/Joist/PCC/ST pole with Fittings

Dismantling of HT/LT lines including Disconnection and Reconnection of consumer service line if require and all Related require work

Cartage of All dismantled material i.e. pole, Conductor, Cable other Iron Scraps etc from work site to Central Store Naini, Prayagraj including loading and unloading

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling (All require materials {Stay rod 16X1800mm, Stay wire 5 KG„ Stay clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut and grouting materials )will be arranged by the Contractor}

Re-arrangement of consumer service cable with clipping & consumer service cable o/s as per instruction by department(All Material provided by contractor like consumer service )

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly .(as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor.

Grouting of Existing ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly (as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor.

Installation of Transformer oil tray (All materials will be arranged by the Contractor.) as per sample provided by department

Repairing of Transformer oil tray including clamp & nut bolt & painting of all item if require.(All materials will be arranged by the Contractor.)

Laying of L.T. cable of size 1x240 sq mm. from T/F LT Bushing to LT Cubical/LT Pole and suitably connection with 240sq mm long barrel All Lugs at both ends. Lugs provided by contractor.

Repairing of 33 VCB outdoor & control panel including all part replacement if require as all type relay, tripping coil ,closing coil, pvc copper wire & control cable etc.(All material will be provided by Contractor)

Repairing of ST Pole with 3 NO M.S. Angle size 100x5 mm welding on pole Base in 50 mm under the ground after breaking Muffing and Grouting and after welding again complete Muffing (All require material will be provided by contractor.
