Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size,for HT 25x20 cm size all as specified & as directed.

Testing of HT/LT UG cable upto 240 Sqmm by checking the insulation resistance using 5000v / 10000v fault insulation locator tester, identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) having minimum length of 1500 RM and pin point the fault location complete all as specified & as directed. Note: In single stretch having minimum length 1500 RM whatsoever Nos of fault shall be paid as each job

Testing of HT/LT UG cable upto 240 Sqmm by checking the insulation resistance using 5000v / 10000v fault insulation locator tester, identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) having length more than 1500 RM and pin point the fault location complete all as specified & as directed. Note : In single stretch having length more than 1500 RM whatsoever Nos of fault shall be paid as each job

Supply & fix in repairs Phase indication lamp LED type of colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for testing of resistance of earthpits of transformer,panels etc after testing the report shall be furnished in standard format approved by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for Servicing /Repair to vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250MVA from HT Pannel of having current rating upto 630 Amps to 2000 Amps by replacing defective/ wornout parts, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particles. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/ CRC/ Thinner as required and recommended (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum interrupter, if gap exceeds the permissible limits, readjust as recommended. (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking / repair and replacement of all minor ac/dc electrical wiring for electrical/ mannual operationof HT panel loading and all others function based on the ac/dc operation of HT panel etc complete in all respect as specified (g) Checking of all nuts/ bolts springs, levers, latches, connectors etc and adjustment etc required and recommended.

(h) Recording IR Values of CTs and PTs (j) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (k) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. (l) Removing all the moisture content inside the VCB panel all as specified by OEM. Note :- (i) The cost of minor parts ie nuts ,bolts,spring washers,dust cover ring of isolarors contacts,clips pins for release prop,Y phase shrouded over side stop pin,and all other minor parts ie packing essentially required to make the panel dust proof shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor . (ii) The servicing will be carried as per norms of OEM.

S & Fixing in replacement & testing and commissioning tripping coil for operated by ac or dc supply complete with electric copper wire of suitable all as specified and directed

S & Fixing in replacement bakelite kitkat complete with HRC fuse 2-20 amps of suitable size for HT panel grey in colour including necessary nuts for fixing in position all as specified and directed

M&L for Strip Opening the busbar of the HT 11 KV VCB panel from 800 Amps to 2000 Amps, removing the old teared/ unsv insulation from the bus bar,checking the IR value before fixing the HT sleeve and refixing the heat shrinkable insulating tape sleeve suitable for 11 kv busbar not less than 3mm thick having dielectric strength not less than 15kv/mm and HT insulation tapefor CT/ PT connection complete with a certificate from NABL lab. and checking the IR value before testing and commissioning the bus bar all as specified . Note :- Test sheet of IR value shall be submitted by the contractor, no cost extra shall be paid by the department and all testing requirement shall be borne by the contractor including transportation and T&P.

M&L for Taking out ACB of Siemens make, of capacity 800A to 2000A Amps, 3pole , 415 volts,125 KA indoor type from its sub cubicle and carrying out routine maintenance as per manufacturer maintenance manual, examine the moving isolating contacts for any discolouration, cluster contacts, remove the arc chutes, check the SMC moulding are intacts, examine the moving contacts main contacts silver tips, spring mechanism, clean all contacts with a suitable solvent and contacts regreased with HP multipurpose grease, all contacts setting checked, readjusted if required, and regreased with HP multipurpose grease, all tripping device like manual trip, under voltage, shunt trip release, over current and earth fault tripping device to be tested, readjusted and confirm all tripping device is in healthy condition, check and record IR value of ACB, with 1.1. KV LT megger calibrating ground fault / short ckt, overload relays for tripping & timing complete and rendering test report all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- (i) The scope of work includes following :- (a) Inspection & cleaning the mechanism house (b) Operation of door interlock, interlocking plate & shutter operation inside of panel. (c) Check the Mechanical ON-OFF function, electrical & mechanical operation and damage part of VCB/ACB. (d) Re-greasing and oiling of breaker mechanism, adjustment of various mechanism setting as required, checking contact tightness, contact erosion pins, manually vaccum check of VCB/ACB. (e) Racking-Rack out operation in Test & service position of VCB/ACB trolley. (f) Megger test (IR value - 1KV / 2.5KV) E-RYB, RY-YB, BR-R'R, Y'Y, B'B. (g) CRM Test (contact resistance) of Vacuum Interrupter R, Y, B in on condition outside of panel. (h) Time test of contract pole by Test kit (in mile second). (j) Function of closing coil, Trip coil, spring charging motor, auxiliary contact, limit switches etc. (k) Checking & lubrication of various interlocks. (l) Submission of test report in standard format of vacuum circuit breaker.

(ii) Tools and plants and testing instruments required for servicing of VCB/ACB shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of grease, lubricating material, cleaning material etc as required. (iv) After servicing, report shall be furnished in standard format approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& Fixing in replacement & testing and commissioning of resin current transformer dual core dual ratio for protection and class I accuracy suitable for 11 KV, 100/50/5+5A of primary wound type with adjustable VA bourden and accuracy in clearing the CT wiring with primary and secondary injection kit including identification to the base and connecting links to HT/VCB to match with the existing system complete all as directed

S& Fixing in replacement & testing and commissioning of pottential transformer PT ratio 11000/110 Volts accuracy class 0.5, 50VA , indoor type , epoxy resin cast,strut type single stage suitable for power measurement, connecting to HT/VCB to match with the existing system complete all as directed

S/F in repair of fuse indoor type, 11 KV, type PTAVT, Amps 3.15, 50hz, current ratio 800-400, including removing of old unsv fuse complete all as directed and specified.

S/F in repair of 11 KV bus bar supporting spout / insulators 130 MM LONG 60 MM DIA /as per sample single pole for indoor use 400 to 800 Amp suitable for existing panel complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for repair and servicing of Automatic power factor correction panels of different capacities including complete rewiring of the APFC Panel, replacement of the auxilary contactors, three phase capacitors, indictors, damping resistors and relays and checking the serviceability of the all the components and replacement of the defective parts all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes servicing and internal control wiring of the APFC panel and all the connected items to be fixed are to be meausured and paid seperately under relevant items as below

M&L for earthing complete in repairs with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. M&L for Servicing of dry cast Transformer upto 1600KVA , 11 KV/433V by disconnecting incoming & outgoing power supply, opening up, cleaning the transformer internally & externally inspecting all the metering equipments, tightening all electrical connections checking & recording insulation resistance on both LT & HT sides, checking & recording earth resistance complete through authorised service engineer of OEM all as specified & as directed. Note:- a) The above quoted rate includes dismantling of the existing HT cable connected with the transformer and carrying out the meggering test on both HT/LT side and reconnecting the existing HT cable with the transformer. b) The above quoted rate includes all the T&P required for testing and servicing work all as specifed and direcetd. c) The above quoted rate includes all the minor parts required for the servicing i.e. Nuts and bolts, washers, cotton waste, grease etc. (d) The test certificate to be produced after carrying out the rquisite tests as specified and directed

M&L for servicing of load break switch suitable for 11KV HT by dismantling the existing cable connections with the LBS and repairing the on/off operating lever alongwith spring mechanism for charging/discharging of the breaker, cleaning of all the HT contacts with the anti corrosive liquid spay, repairing the allignment of the contcats all as specified and directed, scrapping of the old paint and painting the LBS with one coat of primer and two coats of super enamelled aluminium paint complete and writing the LBS no and loaction of the outgoing cable in english alphabetic letters all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: a) All the mior parts required for the reapir of the LBS are included in the above rate b) The size and no of alphabets to be written on the LBS will be decided by the GE.

S&F DWC high density polyethelene pipes in replacement having outer dia 90/76 mm, inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930(Part I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/along wall/in PCC on GL/roof and including all fittings as required at site including aking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out caliberation of HT VCB panel of capacity 1250 Amps of make: ABB after obtaining shut down from the Engr-In-Charge and disconnecting the existing incomer HT cables connected with the VCB, Caliberation of the earth fault realy and overload realy as per directions of Engr-In-Charge, checking of all alignment of VCB isolating contacts, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydarting by spraying of anti corrosive and anti moisture liquid, decarbonising of panel by angle grinder/emery paper, bus section and circuit section incl incoming/outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints, removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and reinsulating with HT taps wherever necessary with and incl replacement of worn out/defective spares like tesnion springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size etc.

Note:- (i) The above quoted rate deemed to include all minor spares etc. (ii) Any burnt out/defective items like movingfixed contacts, tripping coils, earth fault realy etc will be meausured and paid seperately under appropriate items of BOQ. Manning and Operation

Manning and Operation of Main Receiving cum Distribution Sub Station (MDSS), 11 KV HT supply including SCADA power monitoring system for 03 (three) shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sunday and holiday routine maintenance,checks & attending emergency breakdowns at distribution Sub Stations DSS 6, DSS 4, DSS UC and connected feeder pillars all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The installation comprises of following equipments: (a) 11 KV, 1250 Amps,indoor type HT VCBs - 42 Nos (b) SCADA power monitoring system with one industrial PC (c) LT distribution panel board for sub station lighting & CPP motors. (d) Battery bank - 1 No (e) Ventilation system.

NOTES:- (a) Contractor shall employ One No skilled electrician/ operator having minimum ITI qualification in electrician trade from Govt recognized institute with adequate knowledge and minimum 2 years experience in Maintenance & Operation of HT & LT electrical installation in each shift of 8 hrs (total 03 shifts per day). The operator must be competent to carry out the routine maintenance of MDSS , Calibration and setting the IDMT relays and handle the power monitoring SCADA system all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and One No helper having minimum 10th pass certificate with adequate experience in each shift of 8 hrs (total 03 shifts per day).

(b) The rate is deemed to be inclusive of maintaining necessary records and documents for operation and maint of plant specified.Contractor will maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly or whatsoever maintenance is carried out during contract period as per format issued by Engr-in-Charge in a binded book/register and will obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge every fortnightly.

(c) The rate quoted deemed to include for daily routine maintenance like checking and rectification of loose connection, Cleaning of the VCB's, monitoring of the operation of relays,CT's and PT's of the VCB's and switching over of power supply from commercial to stand by DG supply in case of power failure and monitoring of the total load in VCB room. The contractor will ensure general area cleanliness and upkeep of the installation on daily basis. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per installation per month will be levied and recovered from dues.

(d) The Contractor shall not employ same tradesman continuously for more than 11 months.

(e) The contractor shall provide 02 uniforms to each operator & helper and design of uniform shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge. In case contractor fails to provide the uniform, recovery @ of Rs 1200/- per uniform will be recovered.

(f) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for minor maintenance. In case of failure to provide tools kit & safety kit (Gum boots- 02 pairs, hand gloves), a penalty of Rs 3000/- will be recovered and levied on the contractor for non compliance.

(g) In case of failure due to absence of operative staff, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation at twice the cost of a day’s Manning & Operation derived from pro rata rate of Sch ‘A’ quoted rates

(h) The operator must be well converant with functioning of the plant and shall be competent enough to maintain the installation incl main electric panel.

(j) The contractor shall pay the wages to the Skilled operator through e payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts(Credit to their bank account). Engr-in-Charge shall ensure that e-payment made to Skilled operator and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified.

(k) It is the responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/ operator/ helper (as applicable) and necessay proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding.

(l) The contracotr shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.
