Charges for Checking the tightness & alignment of ‘V’ belts in the 12LLD centrifugal fan and adjust if necessary,Greasing of 12LLD centrifugal fan bearings,by cleaning the plumber block bearings,applying new grease oil to both drive end & non drive ends of 12LLD centrifugal fan to avoid bearing failures including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.

Charges for greasing of water circulating pump (Type 6UP-3), 300 mm dia Gate Valves, 250mm dia Gate Valves & 100 mm Gate Valves, Cleaning the strainers (300mm) including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.

Charges for decoupling and dismantling of water circulating pump (Type 6UP-3), cleaning, checking of pump internals, such as impeller shaft, sleeves, bearings, casing rings gland assembly, stuffing box packing and bushings etc., replacing the worn-out components, assembling, aligning and with motor and taking trail run cost inclusive of pump spares including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.

Charges for patch welding in the eroded portion10m length including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.

Ventilation system-Unit I,II & III-Periodical cleaning of pre-filters in 12LLD Air washer ventilation systems-Dismantling all the Pre-filters(288 Nos) in 12LLd Air washer Ventilation system,through cleaning of all the filters, filter fixing frames,rectification and welding of sealing areas of frames and reassembling with new / released & cleaned filters / set /Unit including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.
