Excavation in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.90 curn bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross secrtion As per Technical Specification clause 302.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam II specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mudmortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alingment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in -charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
