M& L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces on ceiling including finished even and smooth all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons incl granite slab in kitchen platform Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado or cooking platform etc laid over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling, terrazo tiles of anmy thickness including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing tiles and rubbish off the premises.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4.

M&L PCC 25 mm thick (1:2:4) Type-B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in level course to receive to floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles with border tile pattern in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x350 x7 mm / 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and above 10 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 as backing coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint ( 200 micron )having VOC less thean 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS- 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resitance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinned) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over wall surfaces over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces over a coat of alkali resistant primer ocomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smokes soot, module, moss and effloroscent salts, oil and gresy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of old wood or wooden based surfaces or perviously treated surfaces,not otherwise described,over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for painting of Exhaust fan complete, at site with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler,one coat after cleaning all dust all as specified.
