Repair to Fire Hydrant Panel at Yatri Niwas Bhagwati Nagar Jammu

Repairing, servicing, testing and commissioning of existing Fire Pump Control Panel complete, including fault finding, replacement of defective contactors, overload relays, auxiliary relays, timers, phase failure relay, auto/manual selector switches, indicating lamps, push buttons, control transformer, MCB/MCCB, internal control wiring, cable terminations, ferruling, lugs, glands and other accessories as required for satisfactory operation of Main Fire Pump and Jockey Pump in automatic as well as manual mode, including calibration of pressure switches, checking of interlocks, insulation testing, trial run and commissioning complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Job includes Material Cost, Transportation Cost, Labour Cost and Taxes.

Supplying & fixing 63 mm dia short branch pipe with 20 mm nominal internal diameter size nozzle conforming to IS 903 suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnect hose pipe coupling as required : Stainless Steel (Grade 304) (SCH 27.18.2)

SITC of following accessories: a) Dial type pressure gauge with isolation cock and copper pipe at hydrant station. Dial diameter 100 mm calibration 0-15 kg/ sq.cm

b) Pressure Switch (Code: 4318) (SCH 27.22)

Providing labour for complete checking, servicing and maintenance of Fire Fighting System including tightening of pipe supports, clamps, flanged joints, nuts and bolts, hose reel assemblies, landing valves, branch pipes, fire extinguishers mounting arrangements, pump house accessories, valve operations, electrical connections of fire pumps, cleaning of equipment, rectification of minor defects without supply of material, checking of pressure gauges and controls, operation of Main Fire Pump and Jockey Pump, conducting trial run of the complete firefighting system, attending leakages through tightening of fittings, recording observations and ensuring satisfactory functioning of the system complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
