Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC Concealed conduit,medium grade minimum 20 mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed on recesses of wall/ceiling/roof and chisselling on wall complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling by cement mortar 1:4 including painting to existing surfaces etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.2 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick Modular top cover for mounting of modular fittings, switches, sockets outlets, regulators etc and provisining of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following :-

One light/Ceiling/exhaust Fan point controlled by one one/way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for sub main wiring using two single core 10 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade (FRLSH) ISI marked drawing in and including 25mm dia rigid non metalic PVC concealed and conduit & accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on recess of wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 10 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed including taking down old submain wiring of any type, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 2 runs of main wire, 1 run of earth wire, 1 run of PVC Conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully defective self starter of 24 volt capacity of 320/200 KVA DG Sets duly disconnecting all electrical cable connections and mechanical supports, transporting the same to civil authorised work shop and dismantling and opening into parts of self starter for assessing the defects and damaged parts and rectifying the defects by changing the defective spares including testing the same after replacement of defective spares and bring back the self starter from workshop to site and re-install the same to its original position and reconnect all disconnected connections and mechanical supports etc. all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brass battery terminals (Set of two) with copper cable of 10 sqmm single core with 1.5 m length complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling including taking down carefully radiator assembly from 35 KVA DG Set for cleaning soldering including servicing dully disconnecting all water hose and other mechanical supports, transporting the radiator assembly to work shop, opening into parts cleaning the radiator fans with cleaning such as cotton waste cotton rags and soda water etc. soldering/brazing the broken/leakage fins and reassembling the same after replacement of defective spares and transporting the same from workshop to site and mounting its to original position including testing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling turbocharger assembly from the DG set of capacity 35 KVA from engine, transportation to work shop for repair or repair at site if possible, cleaning and carrying out inspection of each components/spares segregation of serviceable spares for reuse including decarbonising machine, cutting, grinding polishing etc. and re-assembling the Turbocharger complete for the following DG sets complete all as specified and as directed
