Quantum of works involved for minor maintenance and replacement of old and damaged Gaskets from top cover, Bushing, Radiators and other of 05 MVA power transformer No.-2 at 33/11 KV S/S Industrial Area and 05 MVA Power Transformer No.-2 at 33/11 KV

Opening of H.V. side bushing connection of 05 M.V.A. transformer.

Opening of L.V. side bushing/Neutral bushing connection of 05 M.V.A. transformer.

Removing of damaged packing of H.V./L.V. & neutral side bushing and replacement with new gaskets, its fixing after proper cleaning.

Opening of radiators and repairing, fixing its with new gaskets, packing.

Replacement of complete Top cover gasket by opening of all accessories, nuts & bolts and other required to complete the work satisfactory.

Body earthing of 05 M.V.A. transformer (33 KV/11KV) by making bores including providing of 1.5"dia "A Class" Pipe and G.I. strip 50x6 mm and other required materials and works to complete the work satisfactory.

Neutral earthing of 05 M.V.A. transformer (33 KV/11KV) by making bores including providing of 1.5"dia "A Class" Pipe and G.I. strip 50x6 mm and other required materials and works to complete the work satisfactory.

Spary painting of 05 M.V.A. (33/11 KV) T/F with one coat of red oxide primer and then two coat of synthetic enemal smag gray paint of A&M/Berger/Nerolex first grade after cleaning of rust/dust and only surface including cost of all material labour and T&P.

Note:- 1. All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO. 2. One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work. 3. During execution of work al risk will be of the contractor. 4. Contractor will provide al T & P, vechile and man power. 5. All the old and used material should be taken on book. 6.The quantity may be vary ± 20%.
