REPAIR/ MAINT OF TRANSFORMER, VOLTAGE STABLIZER, PAINTING WORKS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT SUNDERBANI UNDER GE NORTH AKHNOOR

Taking down carefully of transformer capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA from four pole and two pole structure, platform by disconnecting all the electrical connection and transporting the same to authorised workshop including draining out of the transformer oil in clean barrels, opening the top cover, taking out of the defective/burnt out HT/LT coils out of the tank for repair, insulation testing of the transformer winding ,refilling the transformer oil after checking proper dielectric strength, refitting the top cover and other accessories including painting of the transformer with approved colour with synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed and transporting the transformer back on original place for installation and securing properly on four/two pole/platform and making all HT/LT connection to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 01 here-in-above but exceeding transformer capacity 150 KVA and upto 200 KVA Note for Srl Item No 1 and 2 :- (a) The rates are inclusive of transportation of transformer from site of installation to authorised workshop and back including T&P required for loading/ unloading and all the HT/LT winding shall be measured and paid separetly. (b) Standby transformer shall be arranged by contractor at their own cost to avoid failure of supply on site and the capacity of transformer should be matched with repaired transformer.Penalty charges @1000/day shall be deducted on failure of arrangement of standby transformer. (c) Contractor has to submit the list of authorized workshops for full satisfaction of Engr-in charge and final binding shall remain with the Engr -in-charge.

Replacement of burnt defective LT copper coil of transformer capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA with new one made out of suitable size/guage of copper super enameled wire of high quality matching with the existing impedence and insulation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Ditto all as per Srl item No 3 above but of transformer capacity exceeding 150 KVA and upto 200 KVA. Note for srl item No 3 & 4 :- The cost of coil shall be inclusive of cost of varnish insulating paper and other insulating materials and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Filtration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil on site by using filteration machine and EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 55 KV with 2mm gap inluding removal of all moisture,dirt/girth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-Filtration, heating and dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out on site and rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include for arrangement of filtration machine and its transportation to various locations of installation of transformer and topping of oil.

HT bushing assembly with brass nut, stud, washers and insulators suitable for outdoor type transformer capacity of 50 KVA to 200 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

LT bushing assembly with brass nut, stud, washers and insulators suitable for outdoor type transformer capacity of 50 KVA to 200 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction in replacement of transformer platform size 3mx2mx1m from ground and 0.5 mtr below ground level with brick construction in wall and steps, XPM fencing upto 1.5 mtr height with angle iron post 50 x50x6mm including gate with locking arrangement min weight 60 Kgs, 100mm PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 in foundation, 0.23 mtr thick brick work in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to walls, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in flooring over 100 mm thick sub base in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid over rammed earth, 40 mm thick PCC on steps, painting to fencing with two coats of synthetic enemled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling Transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 40KV with 4mm gap of discharge 2 sec for topping up of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip of size 25x 3.15 mm to be fixed on wall or to be laid in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting input/output supply from voltage stabilizer of capacity up to 100 KVA any type oil/air cooled and dismantling the same for repair checking/testing all component complete repairing for efficient functioning checking/tightening of all connections resetting/recalibration of all PCB’s ,servo motors, voltmeter, cleaning of tapping, joints of dimmer stat including replacement of minor parts like screws bolts gear of servo motor carbon brushes button and other minor parts etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
