Providing laying and spreading material on a prepared subbbase cement@4% by weight to spreading material mannually mixing in place with rotavator and achieved the desired unconfied compressive strength and to from a layer of base etc all complete as per direction of engineer in incharge

Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate & stone dust of size 20mm stone aggregate @25% ,10 mm stone aggregate @25% and stone dust @50% material and inorganic compound (a soil stabilizer cum pavement material) to wet mix macadam15 cm compacted specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. MORTH-406 page no-110 including mixing spreading of cementitious material by rottator including all labour T&P cartage etc. complete in all respects. as per direction of engineer in incharge

Providing and applying primer coat with 60/70 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H specifications and as per direction of the E/I.

Providing and laying Dence Graded BITUMINOUS Macadem with HOT MIX 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tons per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% Weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade level & alignment & roller with smooth wheeled vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORTH & H section -507 (VG-30) etc all complete as per direction of engineer in incharge

Providing and applying tack coat (VG30)with 60/70 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2kg. Per sqm. On the prepared bitumeneous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 503 of MORT&H specification and as per direction of the E/I.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP Producing an average output of 75 tone per hour using crush aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5.0% of mix filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, taking with hydros paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the diesired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 509 complete in all respect (MORT&H specification No. 509) (VG-30) etc all complete as per direction of engineer in incharge
