Marshalling kiosk with Kiosk frames mild steel structural sections for pressed and shaped cold-rolled sheet steel, thickness not less than 2.0 mm. Frames shall be enclosed in cold-rolled sheet steel of thickness not less than 1.6 mm. Doors and covers shall also be cold rolled sheet steel of thickness not less than 1.6 mm. complete structures shall be rigid, self-supporting, free from flows, twists and bends. Dust and vermin proof construction and shall be provided with a degree of protection of IP: 55, with Copper Bar earthing for 132 kV. Finishing paint on panels shall be of shade 692 (smoke grey) of IS: 5. The inside shall be properly stoved. The paint thickness shall be at least 50 microns.
