Hiring and Erection of Tentage, Light, CCTV, Sound and miscellaneous works for Annual Cultural festival “Anugoonj2025” at Dwarka Campus as per scope of work and Terms and Conditions of the tender document Note 1: Above equipment is minimum required for the cultural event. In case any additional equipment is required to improve the performance, the said additional equipment shall be installed by agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Decision of the university in this regard shall be final & binding The agency will provide all required cables/wire so suitable size in healthy condition for all type of lighting/ audio-video network including provision of proper panel/ changeover switch for power connection. The successful bidder will ensure structure safety and fire safety of the performance area and will also obtain fire clearance and structure safety certificate from the appropriate authorities Note 2: Agency should quote lumsum rate (Rs.) for the above jobs
