Out sourcing service of 11 KV Sub station including their day to day maintenance round the clock i.e. 24 hours (3 shift of 8 hours) incl Sundays and holidays, with one Electrician ( Skilled) including reliever duty and maintaining daily sub station log sheet (as approved by GE) to upkeep equipment, fixing of DO fuses as and when required, maintenance of battery bank including pouring of distilled water regularly and record of DC Volt of battery to be recorded in seperate register all as directed by Engr-in-Charge, any shut down / break down in 11KV should be intimated to concerned JE/AGE E/M immediately. The 11 KV sub station comprising of the followings : (a) 1000 KVA Transformer - 01 No. (b) 11 KV Indoor VCBs - 01 No. (c) 750 KVA DG Set -01 No (e) AMF Panel - 01No. (f) APFC Panel -01 No (g) Earthing lead and pits - 16 Nos (h) GOD with DO - 03 Nos

Out sourcing service of Central type AC Plant/Pump house with one pump motor/AC Plant operator (skilled) for the round the clock ie 24 hours (Three shift of 8 hours each) including Sunday and holiday for operate Plant Room.The AC Plant is comprising of the following :- (a) Compreesor unit -03 Nos (b) LT Panels - 03 Nos (c) Chiller pump -04 Nos (d) Hot water Pump - 02 nos (e) AHU - 03 Nos (f) UG sump -01 No (h) Booster Pump Motor - 02 No (j) Submersible Pump/motor -01 No (k) LT Panel - 01 No

Note For Item No 1.0 to 3.0 (a) water supply stores and elect supply stores as per available will be issued under schedule B by department for performance of complaine.(b) Timing and location of deployed staff will be decided by Eng.-in-Charge. ( c) The cost of the following items will be deemed to be include in the rate quoted by the tenderer :- (i) General cleaning of all installations of upkeep the equipment, maint of fencing around the Sub Stations/pump houses, cleaning of area by cutting grass and removing of vegetation, maint of flower bed inside the Sub Stations/Pump Houses.(ii) Cost of log sheet as per requirement for Pump House, DG sets and Sub Stations.(iii) Cost of petty items such as barrel fuse, glands, grease required for moving parts of pumps, DG sets and batteries and PVC tape roll, cotton waste, brooms etc.(iv) Cost of T&P required at site such as tools for Electrician and FGMs, ladders, overall combination, hand gloves, sefty belts, grass and vegetation cutters etc.

(v) If any loss/damage take place during operation, the same shall be made good by contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be include in the rate quoted by the tenderer. (vi) Contractor must submit the following documents within 15 days from commencement date, otherwise Rs. 300/- per day penalty will deducted from contractor dues.(aa) Qualification of the supervisor/trademan/helper.(ab) Application for issue the identity card/security passes.(ac) Risk insurance policy of tradesman.
