Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n.exc 400 Sqm (Depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm) and removing materials from site of work or staking at site for reuse all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM Water Bound Macadam grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material remixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

M&L for preparation WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M & L for priming coat on WBM surface with bitumen emulsion (SS-1, grade confirming to IS 8887) on prepared surface at the rate of 8.5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to potholes of depth exceeding 30 mm, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat w at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sam, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying Premix bituminous, macadam average consolidated thickness n exc 50 mm using graded crushed stone aggregate grading aggregate size 19 mm mixed with paving bitumen of VG-30 mixed @ 4% weight of total mix rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brush and fin fanning the cleared surface with gunny begs to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-I grade at rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for bituminous concrete Averaging 40 mm (compacted thickness) SDAC using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and grac complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n, exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed
