Construction of Balance work of Korei Bhawan (Building) at Patharapada GP under Korei Block in the district of Jajpur for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all lead and lifts including rough dressing breaking clods & leveling bed and lifts including rough dressing breaking clods & leveling bed and depositing the excavating materilas away from the working area etc. complete.

Providing and filling manually with the approved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including all labours, witering etc, required for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes for finished item of works.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size stone aggregate in rigid pavement including compacting etc.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in foundation & plinth cost, carriage, royalty etc. complete.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in Super structure including cost, carriage, royalty etc. complete.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
