Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even, complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and direted.

M & L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 61.1 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/ stopped ends etc.

S & F 300 mm Reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collers

M&L brick work with sub class' B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

S&F factory made steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) manholes covers with frames incl necessary hold fast/hooks (medium duty) of Square or rectangular of area exc. 0.40 Sqm but not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each complete all as specified.
