M&L for Modular point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable drawn in and including concealed PVC rigid conduit medium grade 20mm dia, pipe hooks, elbows, junction covers and junction boxes including cutting chases in walls for conduits and for sunken pressed steel terminal boxes and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall with all jointing accessories including provision of pressed steel sunken terminal boxes made of 1.2mm thick pressed steel sheet, 60mm deep of suitable length and painted with red oxide primer for mounting modular switches, sockets, fan regulator including suitable size modular plates fixed flush with wall including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor wire as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light point, fan point, bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to included with modular cover plates with frame of any colour and metal flush boxes of suitable size as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Modular ceiling rose surface bakelite 65mmx50mm with two or three terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Desert cooler of size not less than 66 cm x 66cm x 94cm having capacity not less than 5500 cubic feet per minute, single phase, electric driven, cooler body made out of GI sheet 1.22mm thick 18 gauge fitted with exhaust fan 900rpm including 2" thick wood wool pad, front grill (approximate weight 2.5 Kg) made of GI sheet, one submercible pump, speed retulator of suitable size (600 watt), one piano switch 6 Amp, indicator and 1.50 metre long connection lead 3 core with 5 Amp plug top complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make of exhaust fan & submercible pump :- Crompton, Khaitan , Havells or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after. Note :- Cooler body shall be internally painted with one coat of black bituminous paint.

S&F exhaust fan of size 450m sweep, steel body, copper wound, AC single Phase. 230V, 50 Hz with blades, frame and louvers and connecting up including 2 core,1.0 sqmm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable drawn in flexible conduit complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F ceilling fan copper wound complete with blade, down rod, electronic regulator and accessories AC, 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200mm sweep, min air delievery 210 CFM with serving value 6.00 BEE, with Brush less direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- MES No with stencil shall be marked on ceiling fan body using synthetic enamal paint. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item.

Note :- MES No with stencil shall be marked on ceiling fan body using synthetic enamal paint. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item.

M&L for make opening for exhast fan of 300 mm sweep in brick walls built in cement mortar and making good disturbed portion as per existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
